Very rude my tablet broke and is still under warranty. They sent me to do a insurance claim. The insurance company, metro rep, and me were all on the phone together they kept kept saying that each party was responsible for replacing it. Then the metro rep hung up in mid conversation with me and now I have a tablet that I am paying for and have insurance that is not working…
