I was stuck there and I locked myself out from in my vehicle and they were very nice and helped me charge my phone I really appreciate that thank you guys. This is a very clean nice place I recommend them for sure gather and the girl at the front was too kind

23 dollars to park. What a crock of crap.. every stall shows reserved signs.. with exception to the los angeles shit hole trucks stops.. pay to park was initially introduced as a driver convenience. And only a hand full of stalls were designated for it... now pay to park is becoming a capitalization for truck stops... for 23 dollars or pay to park here is what I expect... security going around and running these drivers off who.. park in aisles. Park in entrance and exits. If they arent in a stall. Make them leave.. now I see paying to park worth the cost..

Update 2 days later: shower 1, extremely low water pressure. The toilet & sink uses more water. 5 min shower turned into 18 mins! 🤦♂️
Pump 21 didnt ask if i want def 🤔

Shower #1 was the smallest shower I have ever been in my entire life, no lie. If I bent my head back it hit the wall, if I bent forward I hit my head on the shower handle.
I had to step out to leather up...literally.

Nice people. Cleanish for the most part. Shower 4 had next to zero water coming out of the shower head. More water leaking behind the pipe cover. This was on 1Jun25. Brought to the attention of the manager. Hopefully they get that fixed.

Pilot has become another one of these corporations that try to fleece their customers for donations. If pilot wants to donate money to an organization, they should do it, they should not fleece their customers for the money.
They’ve also started, forcing all their employees to say “have a blessed day” at the end of every financial transaction.
Seems entirely disingenuous.
