Way overpriced. Not that great. Girls are not very helpful. Misrepresented what they were selling. When you get fruit with your sandwich, it isn't a bowl, it's a few grapes, a strawberry and an orange slice. Rip off. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go to subway. Get a whole lot more for your money, and the quality isn't that different.

I'm in love with their new shrimp salad!!!!Parking: The location is downtown so that within itself presents a challenge for all businesses

Food was mediocre. Ham and cheese sandwich was pretty basic which I guess qualifies as “plain” since it was ordered off the plain menu. My husband ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich which was supposed to be “fancy”. The cheese wasn’t even melted and flavor was bland.I do not like to give poor reviews but I was expecting a little more from this cute sandwich shop. Maybe add a tasty sauce or make sandwich on better bread. Paid $10 for a sandwich I could have made at home.Service was good, restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere.

I could eat their pimento cheese for every meal! My go to order is the salad plate with fancy chicken, pimento and fruit. Great fresh food every time! Service is quick, friendly and efficient!

Plain and fancy sandwich shop in Sulfur Springs cute downtown Square is not that fancy. The food, I'll be that it looks good, does not rise above a salad you can get at ihop. The garden salad that I got, was embellished with a requested grilled chicken and sliced avocado, but what I received was maybe one slice of tomato That Was Then diced into smaller than quarter inch pieces and the Cucumber was also finally chopped and the avocado that was requested as sliced avocado was two slices of avocado at Max and it was also diced into tiny little pieces. I can't say that the spring mix was a whole lot more welcoming than Iceberg which I was grateful for. There were homemade croutons which were okay, some were a little burnt to tasting. The Cucumber as well was diced into less than quarter inch pieces. It came with a little mini banana nut muffin and a creamy balsamic vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was awesome. The banana nut muffin was very dry. We also had a fruit cup which you cannot mess up unless it's old which it was not. We also got what was a house favorite that was basically a quick pie crust cooked then topped with what tasted like soft cream cheese and marshmallow whip whipped up together and poured on top and then a very very sweet homemade strawberry glaze, or so I was told. I was not impressed whatsoever. None of the flavors complimented one another and the marshmallow cream offset the cream cheese in a weird weird way. The tea which was sweetened to tea was so sweet that it was syrupy in your mouth. We stopped for a light lunch and we got a heavy dessert with very little veggies or toppings. This was a 40 plus lunch that we won't be guilty of doing again. My friend got a garden wrap and it was mostly iceberg lettuce. The buttermilk ranch however was delightful. I feel that if she was a little more liberal with the tomatoes, the cucumbers, and the avocado, without cutting them up into tiny little pieces, the salad would have been really good. I did finish my food like my mom always taught me to to be kind but I also did not want to waste the money. It was a little bit on the high side for what you get.

Every time I come to Sulphur Springs I always stop here and get the Fancy Chicken Salad sandwich, pasta salad, and 2 iced sugar cookies. For me, this is always heavenly! The chicken salad always tastes fresh and the crisp lettuce and juicy tomato is perfect between the toasted bread. It is a small sandwich, a small container of pasta and small cookies. I paid close to $18 for this lunch combo and 2 cookies. OVERPRICED but they're in the square and it's expected I guess. The price is the only thing that stopped a 5 star review. The interior is old and boring, but it's an elderly hot spot so who cares. I like what I get and haven't been disappointed yet (other than in price). Looking forward to my next visit already

Friday lunch. PAFSS has a good selection of standard sandwiches. I had to laugh when I saw the only difference between the plain chicken salad sandwich and the fancy chicken salad sandwich was the latter added pecans and grapes. What did surprise me was how small the sandwiches were for the price. Sides of potato salad and fruit were good additions. Counter service. Given they push the tip screen on you, they should ask their counter help to occasionally circulate in the dining room to see if anyone needs anything. Otherwise, why am I tipping?
