The service department is absolutely exceptional. I had an issue with my 2019 f150 for a couple of years. It was in and out of Prosper Ford. I broke down in Sulphur Springs and they got it repaired at a great price in a timely manner. Both Chanse and Bobby are outstanding and attentive. They were transparent about pricing and honest with everything. I’d gladly drive the hour trip to go back for any service.

Quick and easy transaction thru my salesman Garry Wood. Judy did a great job handling the paperwork. Natalie got things rolling on my initial call. Second purchase here as I find the atmosphere pleasing to the senses, unlike dealing with the dealers in the Dallas area.

Brought my truck in for repairs and it was trouble. But Bobby Yancy did a great job by helping me figure out what needed to be done. I would come back to this service ford house because of him.
