My daughter got a car here in October. A little Nissan with 90 k miles. We were the 2nd owners. It was an older car and we had to make some small repairs, alignment, brakes, tires and a new muffler, along with a thermostat. But it’s been a excellent reliable car for her. Plus after a temporary tag issue, they were awesome and helpful going beyond and above to fix the issue.. I think people need to remember your buying a used car. It won’t be perfect and no one knows what’s going to happen 1k miles down the road. We will shop again and highly recommend! Thank you!

Great place, with great people. One of the best used dealers I've dealt with by far. Worked with me on my truck until I could finally get it financed and stayed with me through the entire process. Will go back

This place is horrible. I drove to their dealership on multiple ocasions to look at what they called great trucks. Nothing they sell is worth buying. Everything they sell is damaged or has mechanical issues that the won't tell u about. Look over the vehicles and you'll see. These people are liars trying to take advantage of you. Suppose to be a family owned and friendly dealership but it is not. Don't trust them. I wish I could give all of east texas a warning about them

Liese on top of lies at this place. See my Facebook or yelp review. It is too long for here and I can't do it justice in short time. Suffice to say. They lied and misled me. I had to get a lawyer to get my title and other property sent to me. I don't know if I'd have gotten anything if I hadn't. We'll see, I have yet to get the title they were paid for 20 days ago. It was supposedly shipped this evening. Stay away from this place

I live in North Carolina and was a bit apprehensive about buying from finding a listing in car gurus, but I decided they were a used car dealer so they must have some ethical moral values. Let's start from the beginning I communicated with the owners son who told me what I wanted to hear. Even told me it hadn't been smoked in and had no cigarette burns on the seat. Was very easy to deal with before they had any money. I was assured on the phone and in text that the truck was "tight" and the steering was too. I was told, and have copies of all the pictures for a diesel tuner that was supposed to come with the truck. I wouldn't have gone if I didn't believe the guy, so he was convincing. I arrived. They picked me up and I thought all was good. I test drove the truck for 2ish minutes at 30-35mph and didn't see any problems, but made mention of power steering might need fluid, and the delivery guy warned me that "when you get going around 70 it has a bit of a shake." On walk around of the truck I noticed a drip under it and thought it was AC from the guy that delivered it running the AC. They forgot the programmer and via phone told me that they had it right there and would overnight it and the title on Monday. Not the originally agreed upon deal of title in hand when I sign over the bank check. I agreed to the delay and thanked them for overnighting it all. I finished the paperwork and was off with a full tank of diesel, which I thought was nice of them. 5minutes into the drive I knew I had some problems, and this thing needed an alignment. I expected some things but when I hit 75mph (which is the speed limit) it was jumping around so much I thought I was going to pop a tire. I stopped just outside of Dallas at a Ram dealer where they gave me the first bad news, they tightened some stuff up for me but said it needed a few thousand in work but didn't have the parts. they told me to just keep an eye on everything (paid100$) and go a little slower (bad timing because I had 1300miles to go in two days). I made it to my family's house in houston which took me 6hours because of my problems. By now they had been paid and I got no reply from them about the problems. Saturday I started early and made it to another dealer in Baton Rouge. By now my shotgun rider was a bunch of one gallon jugs of water. They agreed to do work on the truck on a Saturday (which they don't normally do) so I bought them all pizza (paid100$). When it came time for the bill, they appreciated the pizza and the manager discounted the labor so that bill was only (paid870$). I taunted the owners son a bit via text by calling him a liar and sending him . He reacted aggressively and refused to apologize for anything. I made it home (with a leaking power steering damaged gearbox), and took a breath before I contacted him again. I threatened to leave a bad review if they didn't work with me and get me my title. The owner called me. I told him I thought it was only fair that because they intentionally misled me, he split the cost of the on the road repairs and pay me back 500$. He told me "I'll take 5 100$ bills and put them in this box right now and send it to you in this programmer. I'll send you tracking" I think he said that evening but it may have been the next morning. Day after day I contacted them and kept getting lip service until a week later when after politely texting daily, they sent me a picture of a receipt for media mail. That was Friday. Monday I called the shipping place and it hadn't left yet so I paid for overnight shipping. To my surprise it was just a 500$ check, and NO title or programmer. I checked daily and they kept having different excuses why it hadn't been sent. Each time they'd say it'd get done the next day. Since then I took it to a diesel mechanic and there are approximately 3000$ worth of work that is needed. For instance the grinding isn't low brake
