I drove by thinking they were closed because the window tint is so dark. They need to have an illuminating ‘open’ sign instead of a small chalkboard at the door. In fact, it was so small that I parked right in front of it and still couldn’t see the hours that was listed. Two young girls were working and not one of them greeted or looked happy to be there. When I went to go check out, the girl asked me to put in my number for my rewards, which I did, and told me to check it over and see if everything was correct. My address was not correct on it, so I answered no on the machine. She looked at me and said, “what’s the problem?” That’s when I told her the address was incorrect and she told me that she wasn’t going to change it unless I signed up for a credit card. That was the only interaction that I had and even then that young lady made me feel like I was too much of a bother for her. I’ll try to stay out of the store from here on out.

Place has gone down hill. Most of the females working there look&act like they hate their job. i thought in order to work in certain establishments, it would be a plus to actually know about the products being sold. You ask a question and its "i dont know".When looking for women of color products my friend was told "look in mount pleasant" hmmm ok

Honestly iv been team Sally’s for like ever and lately the customer service has been trash.I can’t even go into detail about the wrong that was dyed into my soul. Their not clear about there return policy and the employees are RUDE! all that product and they still can’t Cover up there ugly attitudes.No stars

I recently went there to see all the new products bc i have not been in a while. and i was very disappointed and will not be back. im walking into a retail store with no customer service the whole time me and my family were there. the employee was obviously watching through the aisles at us like we were stealing. and when we were checked out at the register they gave no awareness on there policy change. they just wanted our transaction to make there numbers for the day. will not miss shopping at sally beauty and will be sharing my experience will all my beauty people.

Okay so I am a local hairdresser and Sallys Beauty Supply is my go to store when I can't travel. One thing that has always irritated me is when I do go in there and I over here one of the clerks advising a customer with wrong information. But one of my biggest pet peeves is in the Mist of this person advising a customer with wrong information they continue by talking trash about hairdressers in general. I get you may have had a bad experience but not all hairdressers give bad experiences. And a word to the wise make sure that while you are talking trash about hairdresser there is not a hairdresser standing in your store a lot of y'all's business comes from hairdressers recommending you and your products.
