Jarell fixed a lot of packages my mother accidentally put an incomplete address on & actually came & hand delivered to make sure she got them! The staff I've dealt with at this location in person as well, have been exceptionally friendly & helpful!

I would give our post office 3 stars only because the person who drives a gold beat up van delivered my birthday gifts to the wrong house but I went inside and Darrin tracked them down and got it back im so grateful for all he did to get it back and I'll be picking it up today 😊

The Sulphur Springs Postoffice is doors are not easy to push and pull open doors should be handy accessible ..that should help the people who aren’t able to open the door inside and outside..etc ..good crossing the street with a blinking light..just
