Very efficient and the representative Rocky explained the whole oxygen set process thoroughly and educated me on what he was delivering to my room for my hospital discharge.

I have been trying to get a delivery of oxygen since December 22,2023. Each time, they had an excuse. The last time, on 1/5/24, they called and said we would definitely get the delivery that day. More than a week later, still no delivery or phone call. The local company in Sunnyvale does not seem to care or be concerned about their clients or their well being. It is impossible to speak to anyone at the local branch. The central answering service is very kind and helpful as much as they can, but the local branch never calls back. They document that they called and left messages but we have never received any of those calls. It’s a shame as there are so few oxygen companies to choose from and this is one of the main ones. I cannot recommend them for any service but would tell you to definitely not use them for oxygen.

American HomePatient is a great company, great communication and extremely easy to work with. My dad need a new CPAP machine. The company staff contacted me in just one day after doctor sent the order. Donna Cravey is wonderful and very helpful! She spent 40 minutes with my dad and make sure he understand everything about his new CPAP machine. Donna replied my text msg in just one minute. Thank you!!! I highly recommend American HomePatient!

I feel there’s too many directions over the phone and some of the operators could not fix my issue. They didn’t even have the same type of Cpap Machine that I had.

Would love to given a negative stars….. this company REFUSES to come get their equipment and oxygen tanks and my mother pasted away three months again. I have called everyday and they keep saying they will be out and no one shows
