I'm just in love with this hospital, it's clean and smell really nice. I been in here for 7 days and I won't change a thing. The food is very good nice and hot and fresh. The nurand doctors were on point. One thing I was kinds mad about Is closing the door behind them,.I'm a light sleeper and I dont like or noise when im sleeping. Keep up the good work over people this hospital is way better then Dallas Regional and I live in Mesquite to come here. 5 starts all the way. Warnette Connie Gosey

My husband came in with extremely high blood pressure..so high in fact it burst a blood vessel in his eye. We waited over 3 hours and was still never seen or offered anything to help lower it. I took my husband and left to somewhere that would actually treat him. Horrible place and they do triage right there in the waiting room!!!! Seems like a HIPPA violation!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!So I felt a light pressure behind my right eye and had bumps popping up on the scalp and forehead on the same side. We went to their overnight doctor in the ER and explained everything and showed him the bumps. He sent me for a CAT scan first thing. The CAT scan found nothing and everything was fine. I knew something wasn't right but we went home... What else could we do? Not even 6 hours later the right side of my face had exploded into whelps or hives. I wasn't sure at the time what it was I was in so much pain. My wife rushed back to the hospital. The day time doctor listens to my wife frantically explain the story from just a few ago, the last visit we did and within only 10 minutes had me correctly diagnosed with shingles and had prescription sent to Walgreens and apologized for the issue and missed diagnosis. Weeks later I felt ok with just a tiny bit of pressure behind the eye and then I got a bill for thousands of dollars from Baylor to pay. We tried talking with them about the whole situation in hopes they would understand... You know, kinda like we did with their misdiagnosis, and wave all the fees for the procedures that weren't even needed to diagnose someone with shingles, which is fairly simple to diagnose from what my practitioner explained to me. But, they will not work with people... even if the bill is so high because of their lack of knowledge and incompetence. So, if my face is literally on fire and flames are shooting out of my eye sockets I will never, ever, ever step foot in this incompetent, money grabbing hole of a "hospital"!!

I brought my mother here to the emergency department. We have been here for about two hours. Normally I wouldn’t complain because it’s the ED and there is always a wait. Well there are people who have been sitting in this waiting room for 12 hours now. My mom can barely breathe or walk and isn’t completely coherent so I don’t feel ok moving her. I’m pretty certain she is extremely dehydrated. There are a couple of nurses just “chilling” by the check in table. Where are all the nurses and doctors? What the hell has happened to patient care or even concern for these people?? This is beyond ridiculous……. Now here we are at 1:20am. The RN is a joke. All nurses just casually walking around when you can find them. No one has any sense of urgency. I hit the red button for the nurse and nothing!!

ER service is terrible. Not busy at that time. They did xray and then wouldn't provide updates for over 5 hours. Ended up leaving. Always plan to spend at least 8+ hours when going to this ER.

My Aunt is there right now this hospital is unsanitary it’s just plan filthy . I wish my cousin have her moved. There bathrooms are dirty

My husband was admitted to this hospital on March 13th and him nor I will be returning/coming here again. One of the nurses at the check in drew his blood and was struggling to find the vein and kept fishing and pulled the needle all the way out of the skin and re sticking the SAME needle trying 4 different times to draw blood… first of all that needle is not sterile anymore and she should have changed to a sterile needle before sticking again and she should have had one try and after that someone else needs to step in and try. His arm is all bruised up and none of the shift change nurses said anything about his arm like this is normal. Absolutely not. And when I tried calling the phone number to speak with a medical director about this no one answers the phone. Unacceptable.

My mom was having extreme stomach pains and puking non stop from 4 am. Her MD referred her to this ER, my first time here. She was admitted around 9:30 am and they took blood to run test. I got there at 10:30 am exactly and the first thing I noticed was the filth. The gurney my mother was laying in had left over dried blood…..there was trash on the floor and nothing seems like it was cleaned. I get that places are short staffed and busy but this is supposed to be a medical facility, why is it dirty?! Unacceptable. The nurse and tech only checked on her a few times but I had to ask them several times when she’d be getting pains meds and each time they acted clueless. She came to the ER for pain so the general confusion was very upsetting. She finally received pain meds at 12:40 pm..and we were checked out at 2pm..I don’t mind waiting, I get it. But communication and just a sense of care would help a lot. & CLEAN UP. If I’m dying and the paramedics say they’re going to this ER, I will make my peace and tell them to drop me off on the side of the road. Zero stars

This was a much better hospital when it was Texas regional. You would think being Baylor Scott White that it would be an upgrade. I have been to this hospital a couple times just because of the convenient location and the severity of the pain that I was in. The linens are dingy and stained. I will say the last time I was there the linen was a bit better but I still didn't feel comfortable and clean. The lighting is horrible. The bathrooms are always nasty with urine left for urine specimens and once there was blood in the restroom because the maintenance staff hadn't been in the restroom. The lobby could use an upgrade with cleaner looking vinyl or leather wipe off chairs that actually get cleaned. The bedside Manor is right in and right out lacking concern The last time I was there I receive pain meds but they failed to put the rail up on my bed, I had to put my own rail up. Hospitals aren't what they used to be, definitely not as sanitary as they used to be. This Hospital used to be a very good hospital until the name changed. You would also think with the low ratings and bad reviews that something would have changed by now but the low ratings with no change supports my statement. I'm hoping things change before I really need to get to a good Hospital. I'd hate to have to travel so far in an emergency just to receive quality professional Care. If you are expecting greatness this is not your hospital. This hospital will suffice in an emergency. I hope this helps the reader, the community and eventually the hospital.

Worst hospital. Dr.David Chang only came in there to see me once. Did not help with my pain. If I could I will give this a zero out of five. Once you get to the back, the ladies in the back are talking and surrounding each other not working. Michelle was great. I do appreciate her help.

One of the best service provider in a convenient location. From the parking up to the treatment everything is highly appreciated. I had severe fever with unbearable pain for more than 24 hours. By the time I was leaving the ER I felt okay with no pain or fever. If you can wait for some time which is normal in every ER then you have to go to this location.Thank you for the Service.
