Our CVS in Sunnyvale is a gem. Look to Linda for the best customer service. She made sure we received all the coupon deals we were entitled to. This lady really went above and beyond on our shopping trip . Linda educated us seniors on how to use the CVS app more efficiently.

Very poor customer service in pharmacy area had to wait 20 minutes before either of the 2 tech that were there came to assist. No other customer in line or at drive thru.
