This is my local cvs where I get my prescriptions filled. I love the 2 ladies at the front they are always nice and helpful but it’s one guy that works there that is rude, unhelpful and very nonchalant. He’s a bigger gentleman. He wears ear buds so he can’t hear when you ask for help that’s been my experience with him twice and the other times he’s just flat out rude. He does not need to be employed here because his customer service skills are very poor. I understand ppl have bad days but this guy is this way all the time.

If you need to go to a pharmacy, do not go to the CVS pharmacy located in Sunnyvale, Texas. Especially don’t go after 6 PM. The Asian lady that works there as a pharmacist was extremely rude and disrespectful both her and her coworker. She was sitting there, laughing on her phone, ignoring customers while they continue to have a conversation and not do their job. They have many complaints about them and CVS needs to do something about them or they will lose customers and money.

Our CVS in Sunnyvale is a gem. Look to Linda for the best customer service. She made sure we received all the coupon deals we were entitled to. This lady really went above and beyond on our shopping trip . Linda educated us seniors on how to use the CVS app more efficiently.

Took a prescription to CVS Beltline in Sunnyvale, Texas, to be transfered because my insurance is based on Medicare and I have to go to the pharmacy to pick up my meds under federal regulations. I cannot have them mailed to me like I could when I was working. I was hoping to go to the pharmacy here in Sunnyvale since that’s only five minutes from my house instead of 45 minutes to the doctors office in Irving. In any event, I took the bottle of pills and showed the pharmacist. He looked over it, checked the insurance coverage and said he would transfer it. I did not hear anything for a week and I was getting low on my medication. I went into the pharmacy to check. The lady behind the counter, said that she would check and produce to print out. She said the medicine needed to be sent to a specialty pharmacy and gave me a printout showing that it had been sent to the CVS specialty pharmacy in Pennsylvania. I looked on my CVS app and all it said was that it was transferred out. Fortunately, they gave me the number of the CVS pharmacy in Pennsylvania and I called them. They told me they did not carry the medication and they had never received any reference from the pharmacy in Sunnyvale or anywhere else relative to my prescription. They said they were not affiliated with CVS retail pharmacy in Sunnyvale. I pointed it out to them that both places were under the auspices of CVS. The person and their supervisor in Pennsylvania were unimpressed. And could not help me. No one at CVS could help me, but someone was obviously not telling me the truth and as a result, I have run out of medication. It is obvious to me that Customerservice is no longer part of the CVS rule since I could not be notified one way or another that I would be not getting my prescription from them. I called the original pharmacy over an hour away and they said they would have to check with the doctor to get the script issued again. Obviously, I’m gonna have to do without medicine for a while because CVS Couldn’t be bothered to keep their customers notified. I will say that I did not give them permission to transfer to anyone else and I expected CVS to handle this for me. CVS could not be bothered and no one felt particularly bad that I was running out of medicine. As a result, I’m extremely disappointed in CVS. They are not going to help me. Don’t know how to help me other than to refer me to somebody else. I wish they could’ve told me that upfront rather than lead me on let me run out of medication. The strange thing is, I have used CVS at this location for years. Normal medication’s are not really a problem. These include antibiotics and such things. However if you have a specialty med, you may want to think about whether or not they can help you. I for one will be probably looking for somebody else who could help me and keep me informed and in the loop. I have no confidence that CVS is such a pharmacy anymore and no confidence at this point that they care in the least. I would hope that somehow they would get the medicine for me, but the chance of that happening do not appear to be great at this time. I will state that my review here is based on my experience and not anyone else’s. You might have a great time with them. I did not and I’m very upset with them.

This pharmacy told us they transferred a script as we requested. Without notifying us, they then transferred it out to a specialty pharmacy. When we finally contacted that pharmacy, we were told they had heard of this, couldn’t get the medicine and could not help us. Crickets from CVS. 😡

Bad service from the manager, no desire to serve people and making dirty faces. That is not professional.

Every single time I come through the drive-thru it takes an extremely long time. There is no one in being helped on the inside, but all employees are "busy" doing other things. After 5 minutes they come to the window just to say they'll ve with me Ina moment. There should be one person I charge of the drive-thru at ALL TIMES. I should have to wait for 30+ minutes to pick up my prescription. Please do better!!

This location is the absolute worst. This is the THIRD time (This year alone) that I have asked to have prescriptions transferred over, and they never get around to doing it. When they are out of a prescription, they don't notify you. If you have the app, it says prescription on hold. Twice, it says I never picked it up, even though I submitted it for a refill THAT DAY. Come to find out, they're actually put of stock and can't tell me why they keep coding it like it's MY fault I don't have my prescriptions. BOTH times this has happened, it has been with my Insulin. I am an insulin dependent Diabetic, and having my prescriptions is important! My dosage recently changed on my insulin, and upon the refill, they filled the old dose. Said it isn't their fault they filled it wrong. I should have requested they delete the old dose from the system (never had this issue before!!!). This wound up costing me SOOO much more in co-pays and insurance headache, having to prove that my doctor did NOT take me back down to the lower dose.
One of the ladies that works there is beyond rude. Let's you know that you put her out by her having to talk to you or assist you in any manner. When my husband was sick, I called to ask the status of his prescriptions (that we'd been waiting on since the night before). She said "I don't know. You'll get a notification when it's done." LITERALLY, while we were on the phone, that text came through. She couldn't look at his name and tell me they just finished? When they've been out of my insulin, they "forget" to order more. Last month, when it came in, I hadn't had any in 2 days. She (same lady) told me it would be ready by 7pm. I tried to explain to her that it was insulin and I really needed it. (Most AUDIBLE sigh possible) "Well, we will see what we can do." And HUNG tf UP!!!
I *HATE* that CVS is my insurance plans preferred pharmacy! Of I use another one, I get charged for everything. At CVS, the majority of my prescriptions are free.
On TWO occasions, I have asked about alternatives for diabetic supplies, because my copay for those are so high (not among the free scripts). Was led to believe pay the copay or go without. $45 for 100 pen needles. Yet, they sell CVS brand OTC for $10. Testing strips, $50, yet they are available OTC (again, CVS brand) for $8.
If you have the ability to go to ANY pharmacy, do NOT go here. Save yourself a headache and stress and go elsewhere.

Prescription for my husband was told it would be ready the next day in the morning. Got a text saying prescription was ready, got the the pharmacy the next day and no prescription ready, it was close to closing time so they didn’t want to fill the prescription, they send me to a different location all because they can’t get there information together correctly. Do not come here!!! This has happened twice already. Also anytime I come and it’s not ready they get attitude with me like it’s my fault.

The most confusing place on earth. The pharmacist will say they will get your medication ready, but the techs have no clue what is going on

I will GLADLY drive past 2 CVS convient stores to come to this specific location. The two ladies on the floor were extremely friendly. Not only to me but other shoppers as I heard them interacting with many. I didnt need any help but BOTH wonderful ladies asked me. I have not had this level of customer service from CVS in such a long time. Don't care that my drive will be 15-20 minutes versus 5 minutes.
