Came in today for a breast ultrasound, place is very clean and inviting! First thing I noticed was Alexandra’s smile! She was sooo nice and welcoming! Front desk staff was so pleasant and sweet! My ultrasound tech was Jordan she was also a joy to be around made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions explained the process. Procedure was quick, painless and got my results very quick! Overall the best experience especially when you’re going in for something unnerving. Would recommend to everyone! Thank you all for being an awesome staff! I very much appreciate it!

The workers at this facility are not welcoming at all. I walked in to approximately 4-5 ladies sitting at the front desk and was not greeted by a single one of them. Once I walked up to the front desk all was smooth with the check-in process. I was then taken back within 15 minutes to have my xray preformed. That went okay, the machine was giving the lady trouble so it took a little longer to be completed, which is fine. I requested a copy of my xray in which the lady said she could give me a disk with the xray on them and to go sit out in the waiting area and once it was done one of the front desk ladies would give me my disk. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before I got up and asked one of the ladies in the front about my disk. The lady rudely interrupted me not allowing me to finish talking. The back office and front desk need to work on their communication. There is no reason I would have had to get up to ask for something when I was told just to sit and wait and someone will give it to me. The disk was already done and made when I got up to ask, so who knows how long it had been done for.

No wonder there's so many bad reviews about how this place treats their patients. Our experience was no different.The guys in the back need more training in customer service. They were very rude, and we're not accommodating or helpful to my injured wife.Guys, if you're that miserable at your job... find something else. Preferably far away from other people.Ladies at the front were nice and accommodating.

I came in at 1 week prior to today for a chest X-ray, machine was broken. I get that. Came in again as a walk in at 3:45 and they did not want to see me but they checked in the man that came in 5 minutes after me. At 3:52 pm the rep had the audacity to offer one of the further out locations. Why would she do that if their X-ray hours are the same. I can’t get the other one off of 75 in less than 10 minutes. Be serious. And I wouldn’t be leaving a review but they took the guy that came in AFTER me. I’m a single mom, I can’t keep missing work. I was a self pay patient, taking my money elsewhere.

I got to my apt early as requested and in return my apt at 1:45 u guessed it im still waiting and I'm autistic if im on time I expect the same in return this is blatant disrespect for me and my time and im having a fit im very impatient and very agrivated at this point staring at the door shaking my foot slamming my hand on the chair waiting for them to call my name if ur not available at 1 45 just say that instead of lying

My rate is for The front office lady she was not helpful at all very rude and not informative , definitely needs an improvement on customer service /bilingual staff for the Spanish speaking community.

Very Disappointed in the information I was given several times by the benefit/pre auth person and the front desk in Sunnyvale for my mammogram. I was told it was covered at 100% and balance will be due and then I get a huge bill. I even signed a paper they said I would not have any balance due and they said I won't need to pay anything it's completely covered. I even said wow I am so excited just to find out that was a lie. very frustrated do your own benefits check folks these people cannot be trusted.

This place is a joke!! I went in for a mammogram and didnt even code it properly with the dx code. I then was told by the front desk after they had checked my benefits and told me it was covered at 100% then I get a large bill in the mail. Of course nobody knows anything at the billing office or the clinic. pretty sad that a facility would do that. Be cautious people check yourself on benefits and what is covered and double check how they are coding your imaging.

Made an appointment, next day they call me to tell me that they don’t do MRI on the weekends. Try to reschedule, they tell that the earliest they can do is 2 weeks from today. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank y'all so much for a wonderful experience, especially Michelle who is so compassionate and caring. I was nervous about my first mammogram and she made me feel comfortable and safe.
