Constantly leave packages at our business without handing them to an employee, mark them as delivered, and use last names of our employees as signees, employees that no longer work for us. They have no integrity in their business practices.

While support is helpful, particularly Jackie, the level of service and outright dishonesty from their drivers is driving me up a wall. Major delays for the last few months and the drivers cannot tell the truth to save their life. If I see another scan that says we were closed for the holidays on a day that is not a holiday and the driver most definitely did not come by or make any attempt to deliver or even open our door. Now I get to put a blast out to ~200 suppliers to let them know that FedEx is not a carrier we ever want to use for DFW area deliveries anymore. We'll forward that business to OD, XPO; at this point, even a crappy consolidator would be better. At least we know what to expect.

I hope you never have to deal with this place or it's employees. Paid for shipping just to get the run around set an appointment for pick up and show up to be told it's not here without checking. Had to get copied in an email from q manager just to pick up a package. Fedex freight is the worst experience with logistics I've ever had.

Not very helpful. Hold freight packages for 1+ week. Are supposed to call when on their way, but they do not.
