“Good morning.. I’m rating a 5 star for “Maria “ the worker at pioneer wash and dry coin laundry. She’s always friendly and a hard worker she maintains the laundromat spotless. Honestly I haven’t been to any laundromat that feels fresh and clean. I’m also giving my opinion on Mr. Russell C rating about a month ago, if I had seen this earlier I would have commented on it. Mr. Russell C you’re correct about Maria not speaking a lot of English, but at no point she was ever racist to you. I was present and I’m the one that translated for her. She ONLY told you that next time you bring in your dogs bedding to please shake them off and to try to get as much hair off since it’s always busy and costumers complain about the washers being dirty with pet hair. Your response was “this is why I bring them here, so I don’t have to put them in my washer.” Which my self thought that was pretty rude. You were basically saying you brought them there so you don’t have to clean up your mess at home! Please don’t go off all the reviews so customers come and see for yourself ? my favorite place to wash!!”

“Best True 24-Hour Laundromat. Pros: For its modest size location it has a reasonable amount of washing machines & dryers(Free if you’re doing your wash); Ample amount of coin vending machines; Ample amount of functional laundry basket carts; and TVs not ALL set on hispanic stations. Cons: May be a bit of a ride depending on your location; A limited amount of counters to fold laundry; Main Sign barely visible due to the neon sign almost dead with the entrance to the facility poorly marked; The bathroom is not stocked properly with toilet paper (recommend keeping a roll in your vehicle just in case). I would prefer to have given 3.5 Stars but the pros are strong enough to be okay with the Four Stars.”

“Decided to try the laundry pick-up/ drop-off service, as our dryer needs repairs, and I was blown away with the service! They picked up in the morning and had the clothes and sheets delivered by evening, everything freshly washed and folded nicely. I provided additional instructions (what needs bleach etc.) and they followed accordingly. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again as needed!”

“I wish I could give this business 10 stars for the exceptional way I was treated as a customer! Ms. Thui, the owner of A2Z and Lakeside cleaners made a huge impression on me. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend both of Ms. Thui's locations for your dry cleaning and laundry needs.”
“Recently took my wedding dress here to have it altered and cleaned. I bought the dress used so it needed some pretty major alterations and heavy cleaning. I dropped off my dress on a Saturday and they told me it would be ready the following Friday, however, the dress was done by Wednesday!!! It fit perfect and looked beautiful!!!”

“we’ve been using Snazzy Cleaners for a few months now for dry cleaning, alterations, and pressing on all types of garments including suits, delicate dresses, etc. and we’ve been VERY PLEASED. we’re always treated nicely by the people who work there and they always get our items finished quickly - exceeding our expectations. I think their pricing is great too. The seamstress QUICKLY fixed several zippers on things we assumed we’d have to throw away. Snazzy has really helped our family look sharp! “I got there at 9:00 pm, think they close at 10. The lady working there was very nice since it was last minute show me how to use the machine. I have to admit it was cheap. My small load was $1.95. Dryer was .85cent for 20 min. Still not bad and the machine dried my clothes quickly. Will definitely come back.”

“Hey everybody just wanna let you know about a really good cleaners if you need this kind of work done they specialize in comforters leather suede wedding gowns and they do alterations here, they’re fast, they’re very efficient and they’re very good. It’s in a little strip center off of Galloway in Americano way it’s called Elks Plaza. The lady up front is Maria and she is so nice and helpful and she will take care of whatever it is you need help with. They are extremely competitive and fair for their pricing and they’re really good at what they do, whether you like heavy starch, lite starch or no starch whatever it is these people do it and they get the turnaround done very promptly there’s all kinds of cleaners all over the place but I highly recommend over here in the Mesquite area Comet cleaners off of Galloway and Americana way. Bring it here check them out you’ll be glad you did. Y’all have a good day, and be safe out there.”
