I stopped by today to get the hemming on my uniform pants fixed and explained to them that I worked this week and they expedited the service to 15 mins only rather than having to come back another day! “I wanted to write about my experience with Abundant Life Medical Equipment since they went above and beyond to help me get my grandmothers oxygen tank refilled when I literally called like 4 other places and said they couldn't help me with my problem.(Aerocare Home Medical Equipment in Mesquite/Dallas area just gave me the runaround with no alternative because "we weren't their customers").Abundant Life Medical E&Supply were able to get me a rental oxygen tank so my grandmother could make it down to the hill country (since that was where her current medical supply store is located that originally filled her oxygen tank that was low while she was in the Mesquite/Dallas area staying with family so we couldn't just get it filled without a 7 hour drive).So a very special thanks to Brenda at Abundant Life Medical Equipment for helping with this when other places gave me a straight up no, and you at least offered an alternative that helped with my problem.Thanks,Ivan”

“My wife got her braces here for PTTD and they are 100 times better than the inserts the M Power had made. Also, the customer service at Hangar is second to none. Everyone my wife has spoken to has been very kind and accommodating. Sometimes there’s a wait for an appointment but it isn’t surprising since Hangar is the best. Once in the office there can also be a long wait but my wife says it’s worth it, especially when it makes the difference between being able to walk or not. The orthotist may run behind sometimes but it’s because he is making sure he gives quality care to all of his patients. So if you have to wait just know it’s because he takes his time. This kind of thing is a mix of art and science and the practitioner at this location excels at both. They are also very kind when it comes to making adjustments, unlike M Power where you were only allowed something like 2 adjustments. That’s an important thing to consider, especially if your insurance expects you to keep the same brace for 5 years! I’m sorry if you need to wear a brace but if you do- Hangar is the place to go.”
