The wait is over, finally after 23 years, we have our own grocery store in Sunnyvale ! On quite a few visits , we've spotted the store manager, Alan ,working non stop. He keeps his store running in tip top shape. This man is all over the place wearing many hats. His pride shows because this store has exceeded our expectations.

I’ve shopped at many locations, but this is hands-down the best Tom Thumb I have ever visited! The variety of food is impressive, and the store is impeccably organized. I was especially struck by how beautifully the bakery, produce, meat, and take-out sections are curated—it makes shopping such a pleasant experience. To top it off, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Clean. Neat. Just need to carry one more coffee. Can't get it but at Kroger. You sell the same brand just not the flavor I and others were looking for.

First time coming to this new Tom Thumb and definitely will be back. I came in for a last-minute cake order and left satisfied. Chameka was the sweetest person ever and made my experience amazing, greeted me once I arrived at the bakery helped me customized an order in less than 20 minutes. Worth the 20-minute drive thank you once again to chameka.

Let me start by saying the store is beautiful and the deals are great however, there are a few bad apples in the deli area that need to be plucked. My husband and I were there for the Grand opening and decided we would try the deli. There were three young AA working there ,not one was attentive or professional. The line was long and we witnessed several people walk away. One guy was on his cellphone, I believe his name on the badge was TJH. The girl seemed lackadaisical as she was leaning over the counter when she finally decided to help customers in line. Aside from the deli, we were pleased with the service. The ladies in the bakery were helpful and the Starbucks in the store is a cherry on top.

Checked out the brand new Thompson in Sunnyvale. It's laid out really nicely. I found everything I'd been looking for, including the star fruit that nobody else was carrying. I like that they had nice clean bathrooms, a Starbucks so I could drink while I'm shopping and everything was well lit so I could read labels. Produce looked awesome and there were several gentlemen in the produce area to answer any questions. The floral department was really nice. Also, it's larger than my regular Tom thumbs and it was fully staffed. I think this is going to be my new go-to grocery store
