This was the best and the most honest mobile repair ever. I have been the industry 26 yrs. This guy will definitely help owner ops stay in business during these hard times. Man! When I tell you he knows trucks in and out. I was very lucky to have contacted him for repair. If you are in the area and having truck issues please give him a call you will not be disappointed. Called guy said it would be an hour and 30 mins, so I waited 2 hours and 15 mins to call him because I never got a update then he said 45 mins and I asked him if he was sure cause it was hot as hell outside and I’m sitting on the side of the road with a over heating truck and he tells me to try to find someone else cause he doesn’t know if he’s going to make it now, i asked him for suggestions and never got a answer worst business interaction I’ve ever had to deal with in a long time if he could of just said they weren’t going to be able to make it in the first place I would have tried something different and saved 3 hours very terrible communication.

Bad business.He put bad tire and charged $435, didn’t make even 300 miles.. flat again.He didn’t refund or fix it. No response for calls. Avoid these people

RA Road side is the best shop I have been to since I been on the road for 7 years. Good price, Quick and fast service and we know as drivers time and money is everything at a shop. So with that been said this a Great and Friendly shop. If you in the area you must call and don’t forget he come out too if you stuck on the road..

Ricardo was sent from GOD him self...Let me explain why...I broke down at 11:30 at night and Ricardo didn't hesitate to come help. He acted as if he was expecting my phone call and was eager to help.No questions asked other than where are you at?He arrived promptly and found the problem.He told me he can put bandage on it to get me off the road and to my destination for the night and that he would be back in the morning to get me and fix the problem.He told me it would cost me $1300 to $1500 for parts and labor.long story short...He did what he said that morning and had it fixed by that afternoon and got me back on the road...But here's the GODLY Part !!!He only charged me $575 dollars to fix the problem!!!not the $1300 to $1500 like he quoted me and could have gotten!!He didn't take advantage of me as most people would havebecause i'm an outta towner just passing thru that he would probably never see again...And He offered a blanket and to take me to get something to eatHere"s another thing that i left out...I was in a 18 Wheeler !!!!everyone who knows 18 wheeler drivers get taken advantage of all the time because there in a big rig and all people think is $$$$$.God Knows how bad i'm hurting for money and didn't have the $1500 to pay..it would have broke my bank and would have probably left me stranded trying to barrow money to get home!Mr. Ricardo Aguinaga "THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART"May God Bless you like you blessed me!

We experienced a flat tire just north of Stratford and although we had roadside assistance with Genesis they could not locate someone to assist us. After sitting in the dark on the side of the road for over an hour +, I went online and found this business. I called and they came out within 45 minutes-Ricardo was the best!!! Wearing masks in the midst of this pandemic and waited for us to reload truck and get to our hotel for the night! We will be forever grateful for his help!
