“We have VGI wireless internet in Horseshoe Bay. Attached photo is Jacob re-mounting our antenna after a recent storm. He’s up on the second story roof. VGI normally responds quickly to our service requests and their techs are always courteous.”

“The customer service of 281Internet is outstanding! In the past when we have had a problem, either Turner, Darren or Adison have responded very quickly but the attention we received last night prompted me to want to write this review. Yesterday our electric company needed to change our some electrical wires to our house so the power was off for a couple of hours. I got home around 4:30 and was unable to connect to the Internet. After trying everything I knew to do I texted 281. Since it was late in the day I thought I might not hear back until this morning. Shortly thereafter Tim from 281 texted me. For the next 2 hours he patiently worked with me in trying different options until I was able to reconnect about 7:30. They really do take care of their customers. Ed Denman”

“This company meets my internet needs and their prices are competitive. If an outage occurs, it usually does not take long for the internet to be restored. When I leave a message they call me back to ensure whether or not my internet has been restored. “Just started internet service today (12/21/23). I was surprised when I called yesterday and a representative told me they could have techs here today. (Since this is the week of Christmas.) The techs came early and got the work done. So far, so good. I packaged the old equipment and sent it back to the provider (Spectrum).”
