Unfortunately bad experience....it should never be an effort to spend your hard earned money. Male restrooms literally looked like a spring break crap hole. Feces smeared on wall, toilets filled to brim with...you get the picture. Mirrors super dirty with who knows what...disgusting. I still felt dirty after washing my hands...then when I go to check out, cashier having extended conversation with customer, so I get out of the line(only me waiting) to look at a shirt. New customer gets in line, cashier still talking to original customer so all waiting customers are being pushed to the one cashier that is doing her job well. Get in line(no one in front of me) and cashier continues to keep talking, still not work related...totally ignoring that Im still patiently waiting so finally I just put my items on the counter and left. Too sad...if it's that difficult to spend my hard earned money in this fiscal climate....I will spend it elsewhere. Would add photos of restroom but it was so bad it's inappropriate to share. Kohls, feel free to contact me, I will gladly share my experience. Hope everyone has a fulfilling and happy day.

Since this issue confront the instigator from greyhound san Antonio tx refugees is a bad .for community 's the desperate to get help from a fake ID, driver's license, passport, specialty.. birth certificate with no picture, the plastic card converse into a kind . From a laundry ,till inside of white house .it call a badge all that got stolen from my cars and my house 1114 BROOKSWOOD AVE Austin Tx 78721 Austin tx you think right now is good experience

This store has gone downhill, not clean or tidy, I was shocked how disorganized the clothes racks were. It looked like a rummage sale,very disappointing.

I don’t usually shop at Kohls but I’m so glad I went in store. I wanted a pair of Levi’s shorts and they showed on sale at kohls. So I brought my baby for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was all pleasant, and even gave me an extra 15% discount on my purchase- which encourages me to return. The store had baskets so my baby and tired arms were happy. I went for shorts and left with two pairs, a couple of tops and a baby bento box. I will also be ordering more
online. This shopping experience was a great start to my day.

Unclear which door is open, have to walk around checking doors. No clear signs. Unfriendly and inattentive personnel, couldn’t get help on the floor.
