Ridiculous! Terrible service! Doc/Mark was the person who “helped” me order our 3,392.58 dollar order (mattress, mattress protector and delivery/setup/haul away fee. The order was suppose to be delivered on November 18. It was not delivered, I was not contacted, and it has still not arrived. I called the store where I purchased the order and was promised a manager would contact me. Today is Nov 27 and still no one has contacted me. I received an email saying that the order will be delivered on December 18 but setup/haul will not be included. Keep in mind I paid extra for this service. Also please recall the cost of my order! One would think customer service would be better with the amount I paid.

He was super attentive, not pushy didn’t make me feel pressured, and he let us try every bed in the store and every remote that went with them!

Doc was exceptionally patient while we figured out mattress choices and multiple delivery options. Very friendly and cheerful guy. Would come back in the future just because of his helpfulness.

Oliver was amazing to work with. My boyfriend and I recently moved in together and wanted to get a good mattress that would last us a while. We were worried about the upfront cost and Oliver mentioned their credit card system. He got us set up in under 10 minutes. We were in there on a Saturday and the guys showed up Monday morning to deliver the mattress. Thank you Oliver!
