I love shopping at Nordstrom Rack — it’s become my new favorite spot! Everything I’ve bought here fits perfectly, and I always get compliments on what I wear. The items are great quality and offered at excellent prices. It’s definitely one of my go-to places for finding great deals on stylish pieces.

You really have to search through everything to find good stuff. A lot of it is poorly organized, mostly because careless shoppers put things they don't want to buy in the wronglocation - Women's tops literally in the men's swimsuits. Dont even get me started on sizes. You have to check XXL to see if some customer put the mediums you're looking for in there. The employees can't keep up. I don't have the patience for it. Some people And does every woman need to take a grocery cart full of clothes to try on? The lines for the dressing rooms are awful on the weekends. Much easier to shop the Rack online!

Tesa gave us horrible customer service tonight. There was a line forming with two cashiers working, while she was behind them barely folding clothes. This went on for about 10 minutes, and the line wrapped around the front area. Then a manager asked her to get on a register. Tesa begrudgingly called us over and didn't say a word to us other than asking if we had a phone number with Nordstrom Rack. The end of our transaction was her throwing the receipt in the bag and silently looking away from us.... It was extremely off putting, uncalled for, and a stark contrast from the other cashiers. Maybe retail isn't a good fit for her.
