I Have Never Written A Review But My Experience At Sephora Was
So Believably Shocking. The Cashier Paul Was Extremely Rude And Unprofessional, He Didn't Acknowledge Me When I Asked For Help And When I Said Excuse Me To Ask For Assistance He Let Out A Long Sigh, Said What Do You Need In A Very Agitated Tone And After He Went Back To The Front Where I Could Over Hear Him Saying Customers Were Rude & Inconsiderate To Another Worker. If This Had Happened While I Was Not With My Family I Would Have Let It Go But My Nieces And Grand Children Were With Me And It Soured Our Over All Experience And Set A Very Unwelcoming Tone For Sephora. Will Be Sticking To The Sephora In Kyle!!!

Worst customer service I received and do not plan on coming back. Please find staff that are willing to do the bare minimum.

Didn't see a single sephora employee to help customers the entire hour I was shopping. Came back another day and experience the same.Sephora area was messy

Can’t make Sephora returns or exchanges here. At… Sephora. Because it’s “Sephora and Kohls”. Throw the whole store away.
