I’ve never had such poor service. I was signing up for a different plan and at the end to many things were different. I ask the employee GRANT to void the new plan and put me back to my original plan. He said I can’t do that. Told me to call 611 and WALKED AWAY!! I will be switching over to AT&T or T-Mobile after 25 years with Verizon.

23 year customer here. All of my phones except the first (at Pinky's Pagers on Congress like around 2002, Motorola StarTac... still have it for the nostalgia!) was bought at BestBuy, first time buying at a Verizon store. I went in about 6:30 p.m. on 06/04/25 and was greeted by Sam (If I remember right). I told him I wanted to upgrade my Note 9 to the new S25 Ultra... Long story short we went though the options even though I knew what I wanted. He was very informative and easy to talk to. The process didn't take very long, probably less than 25 minutes from walking in to paying. This time estimate didn't include the transfer of everything to the new phone which I took home to do myself. Thanks Sam, you made that easier than I thought.

Excellent customer service! I usually don't write reviews, but this store absolutely deserves it!
I purchased my phones (x4) and plan online and over the phone. I received my phones and not everything was as easy as usual for set-up, so I went to the Verizon Store on Sunset Valley. Julian, the store manager, was there to help! I have daughters with lots of photos and videos (too many), and the amount of data on their phones and in the cloud makes transfers more cumbersome than usual. Julian was very patient, informative and helpful. He was interested in getting the phones up and running for me and not concerned that the sale had happened online and not in his store.
I will go back, and I highly recommend this location!

I ordered a JBL speaker for $19 to pick up in the store. I was out of town. I sent my sister to pick it up with all of my information, my ID, card with which I paid, order number, everything. My sister drove 30 minutes when I arrived at the store they didn't want to give the product because I had to go personally. I understand if someone doesn't have any information,but she had everything they needed, i will never visit this store again very bad customer service.

Collin was awesome and very helpful! We spent 6 hours on the phone with Verizon, no luck. Went into the store and Collin got us taken care of in a matter of minutes!!

This is the Assistant Manager Angel, who moved from the location on 5th Street to this Newer, way bigger store. I was heartbroken to see him go however; He Deserves This Moment To Rise In Position & Shine. I mean....his name says it all. It is only a 15 minute drive from downtown where I live but, for service like I've always received from him & everyone at the Verizon on 5th Street....it's a no brainier. Great Service Everytime...Is A Fantastic
"Well Deserved Experience." I will stay with Verizon As Long As I'm In AUSTIN. ??♂️?

Recently returned my free 30 Day trial period wireless modem for home internet and was greeted, return processed, and credited all within 15 mins. I’ve used this location for over 7 years and have been pleased with my switch from T-Mobile.

I came in March 19, 2024 & the Associate & Manager were Outstanding. They helped me with my new S24 Ultra. I had a couple questions & they were very informative.....Soooo the next day I went back and I needed help with the camera & Google. The Associate there wanted to CHARGE ME $19.95 to help me! I was FLOORED! I've been a VZN customer for over 20 years & am 65 yrs old! I couldn't believe it! When did that start?
SHAME on ya'll for that!!

Went into the store yesterday after being on the phone with customer service for 4 hours the previous night, just needing to activate a replacement phone. Angel (who I think might be the manager) helped me get my phone up and running! Even though it was a little tricky, he was very helpful and patient and figured it out!! I'm convinced he was the only one who could. He also made sure to greet new customers walking in and helped his fellow employees if they needed whilst helping me. 10/10 for Angel!!

If I could give you 0 stars I would! I came in after 5 hours on Verizon chat the day before and 3 hours on tech support call that morning. I just needed a new SIM card, which I got. And yet, the jerk who "helped" me, increased my plan by $10 a month without my consent. I was so burnt out and exhausted that I didn't notice until I got home and reviewed the paperwork they gave me. This employee took advantage of me - shame on you. It is even worse that this company incentives their employees to be sneaky and sleazy. Glad I'm on prepaid now and have options to switch providers more easily *looks around for a cell company that doesn't suck*
