“**update Aug 2024** Brazoria postal service = still my favorite location! ? One of my packages was scanned in NJ, but I was showing Garwood TX zip code instead of Brazoria as the destination. (Garwood = almost exact zip code as Brazoria)
The staff in NJ correctly handled the situation, and my package ? arrived safely. Brazoria staff took time yesterday to call me and make sure my package did, in fact, arrive. I was so pleasantly surprised that Brazoria took time to do so! You don't see incredible service like that often. Therefore, I am taking time to update, and thank Brazoria post office for their exemplary service as always. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
*adding Nov 2022* I stopped in person to the Brazoria Post Office and was quickly greeted and helped. The lady working was very friendly. The post office was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Again, I applaud Brazoria Postal Service. We appreciate everything you do for our community.
*June 2021* I still stand by my 5 star review. Fast forward - living here 9 now months, and I have more respect than ever for my local postal service and their employees. Our postal carrier is AMAZING. She is a hard worker delivering every box every day (especially those with Amazon addictions. No judging) She is always on point! gives us a beep to tell us we have packages, and always has time for a quick hello. The lady that answers the phone (NY accent) in the office is efficient, friendly, and professional. Especially during peak call hours. I will continue to support and applaud Brazoria Postal service.
