Worst gas pumps in Sweetwater. There may be ONE that works properly. If they're not out of order, you must see attendant for payment or to get receipt...so inconvenient and annoying. Service them already.

I love this Allsups it's always clean and stocked. The parking lot area is amazing clean. This convenience store is my main stop on my way to work and it never disappoints! This location is the best one!

Went to Allsup's here in Sweetwater in the evening time to use the restroom and get convenience items for the evening. The store looked well-stocked. The bathrooms were clean. And the associates on duty were very friendly. Will return. ?

Overall the Sweetwater Texas Allsup's location is a great mid-sized convenience store and Gas Station. It's in a very convenient location right off Broadway near the town square. This station offers plenty of various items for purchase throughout the store including a well stocked hot food case with the ability to order other hot items from the menu. The men's restroom facilities are in decent shape but as far the toilet amenities go they could definitely use some work. Only 1 urinal was available to use because the other one meant for taller people had a black bag on it yet again they can't seem to keep that urinal functioning properly. Overall the men's restroom was usable and fairly clean but it definitely could be kept cleaner and not smell like urine. All the staff that was working on 3-14-24 when I visited were very attentive to their duties and were able to get folks rang up and check out rather quickly they introduced as friendly folks and we're very approachable. Most generally this is the only station in town that I patronize. It stays at a rather steady pace for traffic but it's definitely a fairly quick in and out location.

The manager Tina at location #173 has to be the most bitter person in Texas she said she hates her job and store location and I was just paying for gas worst-case interaction I have been in a while all she did while I was there was bad mouth her co workers and costumers as long as she is running the store there I will not be going there at all

I come every couple months to visit family here in sweetwater. Literally one of the nicest gas stations. Very clean and organized. Definitely appreciate the cleanliness.

Not the stores fault. Some of the staff not wanting to show up to work and leaving it up to a few good employees to do it all. One person can only do so much.

What a f….d up policy not to tell the price for fuel over the phone? The truckers need to know the price to decide whether to stop there or not. Allsup’s is off my list. Special thanks to policymakers!!!??????

This Allsups is very clean but 90% of the time the only food they have in the heater is borritos. There is nothing else and when you ask the 3 or 4 staff workers standing around talking. They immediately say o sorry can you wait 10 minutes. Why do I have to wait for you to do your job. I can understand if they are busy but most of the time it's not. This allsups May be clean but the help is the worst when it comes to having warm food ready. I am from Clovis where Launie Allsup ( a family friend )started the store. And in Clovis it didn't matter what store of the 23 stores they had if there wasn't anything in the warmer you got fired. RIP Launie Allsup

Visited this Allsups location #173 at about midnight on 8/6/2018 while traveling back to Lubbock and encountered a very rude clerk by the name of Marybel who was extremely bitter from beginning to end of my visit at this particular location, I am a long time customer and a fan of Allsups and have visited several different locations while traveling (which I do a lot of) and never ever have I been treated with such horrible service! My advice to this woman is if you don't like your job it may be time to find a different type of job where you do not have direct contact with customers, perhaps find a job cleaning toilets or something of that sort. Will not shop at this location ever again.
