The Best Western Plus Sweetwater Inn & Suites offers very nice, clean, and comfortable rooms, described as cozy, spectacular, and massive. Guests note the friendly, kind, helpful, and super chill staff at the front desk, who are responsive to needs. The hotel provides easy interstate access, feels safe, and has convenient nearby amenities like food, a Walmart, and a Starbucks. While many found the accommodations excellent with great AC and a pleasant breakfast, some experienced issues with air conditioner thermostats not operating correctly and breakfast items like waffle batter or milk being unavailable. Overall, it is a great place to stay and is highly recommended by many guests who plan to return.
Made this reservation a month in advance. The personal set me up with All my requests, top floor away from the freeway. Super quiet and very comfortable. Great pressure in the bathroom. Made a reservation online at about 11pm for that night. Staff was welcoming when we arrived. Room was clean, and the lobby smelt amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Overall a great place to rest for the night before continuing on our way.

Mattress was comfortable; pillows were the typical fluff that provides no neck support. Highway noise and train whistles were more noticeable than I would like. Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing special - no salsa for the eggs!
