The pedicure itself was decent, not $100+ worth, but the paint job looks like it was done by a 3yr old. Im embarrassed to show off my toes looking like this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! I would never recommend this place to NOBODY. For starters the customer service is horrible, I communicate that I was not happy with my service and she refused to fix and said that I’m hard to make happy. It’s so much more I can say, but just passing through this area I would not recommend!

When I left, I was very apprehensive about the dip technique used, but it’s been nearly 2 months with this set (don’t come for me, I am bad at getting my nails done consistently) and I have yet to even CHIP my nails. There is no lifting, no discoloration, not one of them have broke. I live across the country otherwise I would get my nails done here ALL the time. I work at a body shop and I’m very rough on nails. They are fantastic, friendly, and all around phenomenal! I highly recommend this place!

I came in yesterday to get my nails done the staff is usually very sweet and attentive. Stupidly, I didn’t look at my nails really well before I left. Once I got in the car I realized that the polish job was not great. The color is smudged and the lines are not crisps half of them don’t even connect ( I’ll post pictures down below so you can see what I’m talking about.) This wasn’t what bothered me… what bothered me is that I called up there about 30 minutes after I had left and told her the more I looked at it I just wasn’t happy with the polish work. She tells me that if I want it to be fixed I would have to pay because I was taking up more of her day. Keep in mind I’m in the beauty industry too. I’ve had people tell me the next day they didn’t like the hair I did on them and I fix it for free no questions asked. I was just disappointed in the customer service and the polish job. The pedicures are great here though!!

I’ve walked out once due to waiting. I made an appt. the next time but it still took 1 1/2 hours in the chair to even begin. They are rude, the technician ignores you when you try to make conversation. I specifically asked for a lip wax once, pointing to my upper lip, as to make better communication and the woman kept trying to give me a brow wax! During a pedicure, the lady wasn’t paying attention while scrubbing my heal and was practically scrubbing my ankle. When I jerked my foot away and winced in pain, she didn’t even say sorry… just ignored me. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.Service: Pedicure

i would give this a zero , but that’s not possible , so i give this a ONE . i wanted the nails w/ the butterflies , but you see that’s not what i got . i absolutely HATE HATE HATE these nails , not to mention the money i had to come out to get these none proportionate nails . 65 DOLLARS FOR THESE BRICKS . they were so thick , couldn’t even lift my hand off the nail desk .i had to go back to get them fixed & sadly , the picture i have provided are them fixed . so imagine how they looked before . im VERY unsatisfied & these people will never get my money again . i was in the chair for a total of 30 minutes , she rushed the entire time & had my skin burning . i wouldn’t wish these nails on my worst enemy . i asked the lady “ so how long have you been doing nails “ to make sure i was in good hands , well she goes onto say “ for long time “ . so ofc i felt secure , i tried to trust the process , but shoot , this caused me trust ISSUES . so basically if you take anything from this , i hope it’s that you’d never waste your time at this joke they call a nail salon .

I was very displeased with my visit to this nail salon. The vibe is unwelcoming and staff is very rude. No one spoke to welcome you in and demanded to sit in a chair. Also, they do not sanitize their tools; the same ones were used on me as the previous customer. I was cut by the woman doing my toes. The outcome of my nails was not good either, they were not filed straight and some were crooked. Definitely will not be visiting again.

Mummsy and I decided on Mani-Pedis today and they were amazing! Love the colors, they added extra coats to make sure we got the full benefit of the lighter shades. We didn't have too long of a wait and they were super friendly!!

I Walked Out Crying With Me And My Children I Was Talked About To Other Customers Due To Me Having Questions About How My Daughters Nails Looked They Were Suppose To Be Almost A Clear Blue With Sparkle But Have This Long Streak Of Dark Blue In One Of Them So I Was Wondering How That Came About And If We Could Fox It….No I Was Not Able To Have An Opinion Or Speak On Something That I Felt Was Not Right…..I Was Not Treated Like A Paying Customer The Woman Was Constantly Raising Her Voice At Me Embarrassing Me In Front Of Everyone I Dont Know If It Was Because I Looked Poor Or If It Was Because I Am Black….But I Am Truly Devastated From How I Was Treated….Her Husband Apologizing And Giving Me A Hug And Stating That His Wife Has Had A Long Day Still Didnt Make It Better For My Children To See Me Treated In A Such A Way And Still Not Knowing The Cause Of It Disgusts MeService: Acrylic nails
