Went in to pay my husband's phone bill. At first the cricket representative was impatient and seemed to be bothered.... Even though I was the only person other than him there. I just asked him "ARE YOU IN IN A BAD MOOD?" HE SHOOK HIS HEAD NO. AND THAT SEEMED TO SNAP HIM OUT OF IT. AFTER IT WAS AWKWARD BUT NICER TRANSACTION!

Audreyanna was a great help! She is surprisingly knowledgeable about phones like an expert not just a person who works there. She actually diagnosed the problem with why i keep messing up the charging ports on my phones: sleeping with my phone . Cricket is great! I will never go back to AT&T!!!

So I paid cash for my two iPhones from Best Buy last year and when I decided to go to Verizon I found out cricket carrier locked my phones and are taking their time to get them unlocked, but they immediately unlocked the cheap lg phone I had for my mother. Then they moved my billing day up by just one day to force my hand to either stay with them, pay another months bill to keep my number, or eat $700 bucks and trade in my carrier locked phone and every time I call their customer service is a joke!!!!
