I've loved donuts since I was a little girl. Sometimes I dream about them I love them so much. This morning I had my first blueberry fritter and it was amazing!! I will probably dream about it for years. My hubby had a jalapeí±o Kolache and it was so delicious and fresh, just perfect!

You have to try the bluberry fritter - best fritter ever. The apple one is also very good.

AMAZING Blueberry fritters. Never had them anywhere else before, but we asked our local donut shop to make them once we returned home. They just couldn't repeat the magic! Hoping we can stop in again soon. Service was also very nice and fast. Give them a try!

This tiny shop south of I20 on Lamar is a delight! We found it this weekend at our class reunion. I had two kolaches without cheese and an apple fritter. All were tasty and the fritter rivals what Doris's Sweet Shop used to have! I encourage you to help this young couple make a go,of it!

Great little Mom-n-Pop doughnut shop right off highway 20. We were served by a delightful young lady. The doughnuts were delicious, light and fluffy, not too sweet, perfect for dunking, we went back for seconds! Coffee was great for roadside coffee. They also serve delicious breakfast sandwiches, better than Mc Donald's! We'll certainly stop in on our way back.

We stopped here on out way through town during a road trip. The donuts were delicious and the service was great! We have added this as a regular stop on our drive through sweetwater.

This is the best option we've found for grabbing a quick breakfast bite on the road through Sweetwater. The people who work here are super friendly. There's nothing super special about the kolaches. They're just good, basic grab-and-go breakfast food. We get the small size. My wife likes the sausage and cheese. I get sausage, cheese and jalapeno. The sausage has a good flavor. There's just enough cheese to taste but not too much. The bread is soft and has a nice salty flavor. The jalapeno doesn't have much kick but does give a little added flavor. All in all, the perfect quick bite. It's a regular stop for us during annual trips through the Texas panhandle.

Drove through the town and decided to stop here for breakfast. Glad I did. Guy running the store (Mon - 12/21) was nice and said he was about to make some fresh donuts if I wanted to wait a couple minutes. I liked their blueberry donut, but the best thing there was their biscuits in the egg and sausage. It melted in my mouth. Price is cheap too. Don't stop at McDonald's on your drive thru town and stop by this place.

This is a little place, out of the way. They have most of the usual donuts, though we were here later in the morning on a Thursday, and pickins were pretty slim. They also serve kolaches, which are a Texas thing - sausage and cheese wrapped up in dough and cooked. These were basically a hot dog, pepper jack cheese (I think) and wrapped in essentially a crescent roll. Eh.
