“I don't generally don't care to make reviews but I felt this was a great exception. I went into the store one evening on a Tuesday and met the most friendliest cashier in my life. If I remember correctly its a guy by the name of Joey. Very kind and attentive. Honestly was having a rough night but ended up leaving the store with what I wanted, a smile, and even had a great laugh. If any cashier truly deserves recognition. Its him. Made my night better for sure. Plus every time I go there he is always stocking or cleaning something. He keeps it pretty tidy in there. Great job hiring him.”

“First off everyone was very friendly upon entering Verizon. We had the pleasure of Kiskia assisting us. My son was looking to trade in his Iphone 11 pro for the Iphone 14 pro max, we got that done with no issues. A week later my son found out the Iphone 15 was being released. Went back to do the return and Kiskia made it so simple. A week later she let us know the return was done but some reason the upgrade was no longer there. She was very concerned that it wasn't there that she called us and got it done properly. Next thing you know we had the upgrade back and pre-ordered the Iphone 15 pro max. Needless to say all the things that needed to be done could've been very stressful and a huge hassle. With Kiskia we had no worries throughout the whole process.
