We traveled from Arizona to Sweetwater Tx. It seemed to go well until the purchase was final. We dealt with Drake Brown, he had told us “ he was our first line of defense if we had any issues to contact him.” Well not even a week into this new 5th wheel and we have some issues, I contacted him and no response! I feel like he made his money and hung us out to dry!! This was a big purchase for us and now we’re stuck trying to figure this stuff out for ourselves!!! Use caution if dealing with Drake Brown & family RV!!

After a horrible experience with our local RV dealership, I contacted Family RV in Sweetwater. Brad was amazing, we were pretty set on one particular travel trailer. Brad wanted our business, he provided us with an option similar to what we wanted, we drove to go see it and fell in love with it, ended having more options and storage space. The thing that stuck out to me was how respectful he treated us, he answered every question, communicated everything up front and shared his recommendations. He even had the trailer opened completely up, it was clean and ready to go. He let us operate nearly every feature. We made the deal and had us out the door with our new rig the very next day. Brad is a solid guy, cares about his customers and that made Family RV stand out above the others. Give Brad a shot, you won’t regret it! We will be lifelong customers.

I purchased a pre owned Lance TT from Family RV Sweetwater Tx. Zac had everything ready to go. He included an equalizer hitch and helped with an insurance issue. Thanks again Zac!

We were locked out of our trailer. It took SECONDS for them to open the door for us. They were kind, friendly, and abundantly helpful!!! We will continue to go to them for all our RV needs. Seriously, they're by far the best we've experienced.

The worst customer service. We have had to take our RV to them several times since we bought it in 2020 to get either the water heater or slide fixed. The water finally was fixed after the third time. The slide had never been fully repaired. This last time I called to get it fixed again they refused to fix or even try to fix it. Don’t plan on getting anything fixed if you try with this place!!

Rhylon Glass was absolutely great. When I called to inquire about an RV and he took the time to set up an appointment that fit my wife and my schedule. He met us with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable about the RV we looked at and answered all of our questions. We decided to buy the RV in the spot mainly because of the way we’re were treated. It is a used RV and the Family RV team gave it a good once over and fixed a couple of small issues and Rhylon kept us informed the whole way through the process. We are definitely a part of the Family and will never go anywhere else. We love our new memory maker and our new friends and daily at Family RV!

Zac went above and beyond hearing what I needed in an RV. After looking at some new models, the perfect used option presented itself. Zac ensured it passed with flying colors before letting us pick it up just days later. Don't waste time anywhere else, go see Family RV Center in Sweetwater!
