I ordered a 4 tender combo meal for my wife and when she opened later that might at work, the strips were tiny and either over cooked or were old. The tenders have gotten smaller and smaller, not going back again.

Chicken is chicken, no surprise there. The service is slow and it is kind of expensive for what you get. Nothing to write home about.

Customer service was very badWe bought a gallon of tea, and they wanted us to pay for the cups, and when I asked for cups that give for water ? she told me no because she knew what I wanted it for. If I'm in town again, I'll make sure I will never go back to that place. Need better training on how to treat your customers,

For 45 years, Gills has been my culinary companion. The chicken is fantastic, the sides equally so. But let me share a little secret – the steak fingers. Yes, you read that right. They quietly steal the spotlight, effortlessly competing with the best in the steak game. Superb, if I may say so!

When traveling through Sweetwater we always try to stop at Gill's Chicken for some delicious fried chicken. We had the chicken tenders meal with fried okra. Also a 3 piece chicken breast meal with hot corn on the cob. At the table we had the melted butter for the corn and biscuits. Nice group of friendly people working there. Prices aren't bad for a good amount of food.

Pretty on par with Bush's Chicken, it is a mom-and-pop chicken shop on the block, listening to the locals and reading other views, it seems like the prices have taken a rise in the last few years, had the chicken strips and the fish, enjoyed the meal. Quirky around the edges. Stay away from the

Their food is great , best chicken in town but portion sizes are 1/2 what they were and pric s have over doubled . $34.99 for 16 tenders with 2 sides. We received 4 full tenders and 12 that were only 1/2 size ( about 2 inches long) . Family fries used to come in a small box and are now in a sleeve about 1/2 the size @ $4.93. It takes 2 of those for my family of 4 so $9 just for 1 side. Love their food but I’m gonna need to find an alternative

Take a long time, especially if you're going through, drive through to get your food to even order. But they do myself the oars a lot. But it is really, really good food. And they fix it for you if they mess

The young girl that took our order did not know what to do - it was like when you're little and you "play like" you're taking orders. She couldn't answer questions, didn't understand that we wanted basic things like silverware, water, etc... obviously we hadn't been there before ,(we were leaving town after a funeral) and rather than welcoming us and giving us time to figure out what we wanted, the young girl just stared at us with her pencil in her hand and then had to be told by another young girl what to do. It's okay if you have young people working there and maybe new, but at least ensure some customer service skills before you put them out front. And what's with the "butter" in a squeeze bottle on the table? How safe is that - liquefied yellow "butter" at room temperature?
