This Goodwill has always been one that has a great assortment of items and has always been nicely kept. The people who work there have been really friendly and greet you every time. Brenda is especially nice and very helpful!

The music is soooooo LOUD you can't shop in peace.. and some of the music they play is not fit for children to be hearing.

I love to thrift and I go to the Goodwill here in Sweetwater about three times a week. Normally the staff is nice and friendly and I often find treasures to bring home. When I purchased something though my role is to donate something so I also donate quite a bit. Recently though a policy was changed that no longer allows you to make returns. It only allows you to do exchanges. This is very frustrating because there have been no dressing rooms to try garments on. So it's A shame they no longer do returns. I was told that recently. However, there was nothing new posted on my receipt there was nothing posted on the wall or anywhere at Goodwill concerning the new policy. Also when I called to ask about the new policy the representative that answered the phone was sharp toned and acted annoyed. From what I understand this is an organization that is built to help those in need and with limited sources of income primarily. The new policy is not indicative of that. Also the sizing tends to be off on quite a few things especially the bedding area. I have bought multiple pieces of bedding but because it's wrapped in plastic you can't take it out to make sure it's the size stated on the package. For over four times I bought what I thought was a queen or a fool and it was a king or a twin. Total waste of money and I immediately redonated it back. It's just not the same anymore. I will not be frequenting near as often. And I'm probably going to find elsewhere to donate my items.

This is not you big city Goodwill - IT'S SO MUCH BETTER!!!
Best Goodwill in ALL of Texas, not just West Texas!
Great brand-name clothes at reasonable, unheard of, low prices. Always interesting, unique, one-of-a-kind furniture, art, lamps, and more. Great selection of children's L games and toys, too.
If you are not stopping in here at least once a week, you're missing out!
(Pssst...the employees are super friendly and nice too!)
