Just got my CPC replaced for $3219.45 I got ripped off!! This place is over priced and not honest! When I asked them why did you over charge me he answered very rudely! After all that he still took all day to get my truck out. His mechanics were more honest with my driver than jack the actual owner of this place!

These guys were great, fast and thorough. Stopped in with front end problems, pulled my truck right in and went through it. Best diesel repair shop I have experienced on the road in a very long time.

Jack was wonderful. I had an RV emergency and was at his gate at 8 AM on a Monday morning when he arrived, he had a lot of work but found time to help me out and by noon I was back on the road. Mike the mechanic was very patient with my anxiety.

One of disgusting place the owner is not honest the mechanic is not professional. This place is a total trash. Don’t waste your money. He doesn’t know nothing about the tire coolant I wish I can give him -00 star

A truly excellent service experience at I-20 Diesel Repair. We arrived at their shop with an almost “dead” diesel pusher motorhome. Problem was complex but quickly diagnosed - they started to work immediately and solved the issue in good time. Everyone was truly committed to getting us back on the road.Very pleasant and helpful staff and super competent mechanics. A pleasure to deal with Jack and his team - heartily recommend to all diesel motorhomers.

Came in for a leaking fuel. Giving only 2 stars because the mechanics were helpful in lending me a 3/4 wrench to remove the fuel line, a mirror to see in back of the engines head, made a new line for me and help me install a few couple simple bolts in which i did not ask for.The owner told me himself that he usually doesnt let others do the work themselves on his property but am a owner operator with previous mechanic experience, i do pretty much everything on my truck and just trying to save a couple bucks. If you dont like others doing the work on your land then you need to advise your mechanics to say so before any action is taken.The owner still charged me 130$ for 1 hr of labor even though i did all the hard work by removing / reinstalling the fuel line but anyways thanks for not helping a trucker in these hard times with exploding prices everywhere and basically all otr truckers being screwed left and right with low rates / high fuel prices. The 41$ for the fuel line repair is reasonable but not the hr of labor.

This is the worst place to take your truck to. I called Jack on phone and told him exactly what's going on . My ac works when idling but on the road it starts blowing hot. Jack told me on the phone that it seems that is a thermostat Problem. When I brought the truck all he did was vaccum and added cans of Freon. I was complaining that adding Freon is not the problem, it will get cold as we are seating but once I'm on the road it starts blowing hot. Story short. Another thing he is ora was to tighten up the wire on the starter solenoid. He charge me $634 dollar's. This is unbelievable. Do not take your truck to this junkie place. He will rip you off. That's why he has no customers. I saw the previous reviews and I ignore it but is true. Now my AC is still not working after driving on the road.Service: Air conditioning
