Randell in sales, Travis in sales support, and general manager Jason were top notch, no pressure, genuine guys. Gave us a great price on a new expedition and a very good value on our trade over the phone. We drove 4 hours from North Dallas, but with the experience we had, would (and will) do it again. Kelsi in finance made the closing super easy and stress-free. Can't say enough good about the family feel of this dealership, give them a chance for sure! Thanks Stanley team, we love the new truck!

Scheduled an oil change for our car. Paul was so polite and respectful through the whole process. He was clear about the cost before the oil change. He was polite when he called to let us know the car was ready. When we picked it up, he covered in great detail all that was checked on our car. We weren't just a number going through the Service area. Paul seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and helping us with getting our vehicle serviced.

So I was in the market to purchase a truck from this dealership. I contacted the sales rep and he told me that the gm said he would do msrp on the truck to sell it this week. The sales rep then emailed me a financial work up on the numbers. After looking at the numbers i contacted him regarding this 2500 increase in the price but he had left for the day. I was able spoke with a GM and explained the situation and he said we would do the msrp price and he emailed me the financial paper work to get the financing in order. The next morning i got a text from the sales rep regarding some question on the financing before the paper work was sent for approval. Then that afternoon i get a call that they sold the truck to someone else that came in that day. I was a completely shocked that a dealership would do something like that. Their argument was that they were not sure i was committed? Why then would i fill out paperwork to buy a car or get financing on a car? i guess to have my credit checked and lower my credit score is all i can think of. Anyways I called to speak with the GM and this time it was another GM and i explained to him the situation and he said that is how they do business at all their locations. I was a shocked to here that because of all the cars i have purchased i have never had a situation unfold like that nor even come close. I would advise to rethink your philosophy on doing business but in the end i am sure it will not matter to you.

Broke my ford raptor at an off road event and rolled in here Friday morning no appointment. There were two other raptors in as well. The guys diagnosed all the problems and got all three trucks running again. Costs were a tad high but beggars can't be choosers. They were professional, quick and competent, and saved my weekend of fun

This dealership is full of the consamate scam artists for workers. I had a printed out page from kbb.com of my trucks trade in value which showed my truck's trade in value as 12,750 dollars and they only offered me 6k for my trade unless your in a mood to get ripped off DO NOT go here
