Called to ask if they could do a repair, a guy answered very rudely and said he was working on a motor.
He must have been the only person there today because I got hung up on when I tried to see when he could look at my car.
I'm just glad we found out how they run this business before we took our car there.

No one likes breaking down but boy am I glad I broke down near this shop while traveling cross country for work. I left my truck with him and he did awesome work. Great service. He diagnosed a transfercase failure no problem and was able to quickly source a rare part that I personally couldn't find myself online. Fixed the problem and didn't try to tack on any unnecessary repairs like some other shops would. Overall an awesome experience. Great job

They cheated me over 1700.dollars .I still have the same problem I had when I took my car in to be fixed. I forgive them and hopefully they will change their ways.

Had my truck give out while traveling home from Dallas to Phoenix; called about 3 other shops and they told me they couldn’t even diagnose my truck for a few days. Called Brian at twisted wrench and explained the issue over the phone and he knew exactly what it was just from the description I gave over the phone.
Unfortunately had the dreaded all to common lifter failure on my GM 5.3, Brian explained that parts would need to be ordered and the truck would need to stay for at least a week or two. After getting a game plan set up he went above and beyond giving us a ride almost an hour away so we could pick up a rental car to get back to AZ.
Through out the process Brian was very upfront and honest with what was going on and even when another part ended up needed replaced he insisted he keep the truck a few more days since he wasn’t comfortable without him being able to drive it for some miles to ensure it was good to go before I made the drive back to AZ.
He even offered and planned to pick me up from the airport when I flew back to TX from AZ so I wouldn’t need to pay for a cab.
Overall great guy, and a terrific shop. If you are in the area and need work I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 would use again and again if I lived in the area.

called in to get a ball park figure on a thermostat replacement and they still couldnt quote me a price, ststing they needed a VIN number. idiots

traveling through Sweetwater and stoped at the closest auto shop with my 3 kids and they refused to just check real quick before my car actually broke down in this 110 heat . rude man!

Excellent service! We broke down 13 miles out of town and they set up a tow quickly. The communicated with us every step of the process and came and picked us up when our car was finished. Highly recommend. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier. God bless.

Some of labor costs are about $30-45/hr more than other shops in town. Otherwise, friendly employee & courteous on this visit.☆☆☆Previous visit from back in March 2022☆☆☆*Was told by either owner or technician that he really didn't want to work on my make of car because it was 'too cramped' unless I was traveling through town. Yet I've seen them work on Mercedes, BMW & Lexus.
