The guy that owns the place will rent out the truck from under you even though you have a U-HAUL confirmation number. That's exactly what happened to me. U-HAUL inconvenienced me and my time. Had to go to Abilene to rent. - I do not trust him at Lamar UHAUL.. Never Again!
