If I could give zero stars for this poor excuse of a store I would. Their website says that they have four full size mattresses. We couldn't find anything but some twin size and one king size. We asked one staff member and he said, "I don't know, they're right there if we have any they're right there." There were two more twin size where he indicated. So, we were leaving and thought, no, let's call. The site says that they have them, maybe they're in the back. I called, the employee who answered said, "Hold on," when I asked. I was on hold for all of three seconds. She came back and said, "We don't carry mattresses." I told her okay and hung up. I told my husband that I was calling back because I didn't like that answer. We knew they carried them, we just saw them! I called back and got the same girl. I told her that she couldn't say that she doesn't carry them. We saw them. I told her maybe she's confused because they coke in a box and don't stand up. She said, "All I did was ask the guy standing by me." I asked her to check in back because we saw that they had four in stock. She proceeded to put me back on hold. Give the girl credit here, I was on hold for a whole minute this time. She came back and said, "Nope, says here we don't have any mattresses in a box." I told her that they did have some that we just saw them. I told her that we were in the parking lot, we just needed her to check in back. She said, "Nope, says here we don't have any. If it isn't in my phone, we don't have them." Oh mylanta! Really?!?
