Great place to stay! Management was extremely attentive when needed and always had amazing attitudes! The pool, bath house and laundry on site was another huge plus! I'll definitely be staying again if I'm ever back in the area!

I called Gregory RV Park home for a month and two weeks in 2025, and it was an awesome experience! The park’s clean, quiet vibe, no power issues.
The staff were total pros—super friendly and always quick to help. Shoutout to the management for keeping everything top-notch! The place felt safe and well-run, which let us relax and enjoy our time.

I stayed here for over a year. As a worker it was so nice to come to a well kept and quiet place. The people who run the park are so nice!!! The pads are concrete. Enough room for my rv, truck, and another vehicle no problem. There is also plenty of grass. It's nestled just minutes from Portland and corpus christi where you can find anything you need. If I'm ever in need again I will definitely be staying here!

i had been struggling looking for a rental camp park service and found gregory rv park ! from the moment i looked into moving in they where very nice and friendly, heard my wants and needs and made it possible for me to reserve a spot to stay in. Stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend this park !

Very convenient RV park with new concrete pads. Laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers. Didn’t like that they charge an extra $23 a month for “convenience fee and utilities” that wasn’t brought up during our booking, but otherwise good spot for the money.

Great rv park to stay at! Dawn is nice super easy to talk to very helpful lady. My husband is working nights the park is quiet,out of town but not to far out still have all the necessities within 5 miles. Laundry facility is on site overall great experience here.. if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is it

The park is great and spacious but since I'm always on the move and work from home Internet is a very crucial thing for me and sadly the Internet here is not the best during the morning-noon but around 3-12pm it's impossible to do anything via Wi-Fi with the constant fear of my Internet disconnecting and the last hour of work I did, just gone

The streets within the RV park have many potholes. There are much needed repairs. The owner says they aren't here to stay; yet spend $ to build a nice pool and relaxing area by the pool, but won't fix other issues.?
