I am providing a 2 star review instead of a 1, because the staff is incredibly nice and helpful.
I came to Condra for cremations services for my late wife. They charged me 4.5 times more than what other cremation only services charge. If you are looking for cremation services look elsewhere. I was still numb and in shock from my wife’s passing and just kind of assumed cremations cost $3,200.00. I later learned how ridiculous that price is for that service. Unfortunately it was too late to change it.

We appreciated the kindness and support that we received.My husband looked so good. Our family and friend’s were well pleased by the fact that everything was so smooth. Condra funeral home first and foremost,thank you Nathan and your staff for your excellent service This was my mom second service one in California one in Texas for my mom , so if there’s anyone out there in a time of need like this, by all means, call them they have one of the best that I have ever used of professional service. My family is well pleased Condra funeral home took care of everything we were so impressed so if anyone ever need any excellent service and feel that they have to implement everything out you’ve came to the right people we had to do nothing when we got there. Everything was done and in place you do not have to do any thinking they have all the boxes checked they did a phenomenal service for my mom. All staff was excellent, so if there’s anyone out there in a time of need like this, by all means, call them they have one of the best that I have ever used of service. Do not tell anyone at this home anything you do not want repeated. They come across as concerned but turn and run tell other family members what you said. This place is full of creating drama and circulating gossip. All the Victorian furniture looks pretty but is dangerous to sit in. You sink into the seats and feel like you are falling to the floor. Then it is hard to get out of because your knees are higher than your hips. Makeup artist was not the best either. Not worth the money.

The funeral directors were caring & considerate. My father's service was pre-planned by him, so no pressure to make decisions. Nathan, our primary director contact, was very communicative and responsive to my phone calls and emails. The only issues we had was that the flowers were not placed in the chapel before the Viewing started, and the music & photos for the slideshow were repeating only a selection of the songs & photos that we submitted. However, these issues were resolved in a timely manner. Minister, Ron Braley, took the time to call in advance to get to know our dad in order to compile the eulogy and was on point with the service. Thank you.

They were extremely helpful in explaining the whole process. I was able to understand. They were also very sensitive for my feelings regarding the death of my loved one.
