We were looking for some makeup. I was having a problem locating at the usual store. We went to CVS, and found exactly what I needed. I was Very pleased. We spoke with the Manager, Mark about the store. It’s very clean and easy to find everything. We asked about transferring our prescription to CVS. We will be customer’s. Thank you.

I have always had good experiences at the CVS pharmacy in Taylor. The pharmacist Aparna does an excellent job managing the pharmacy and caring for the customers. Her staff are also friendly and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service and dedication of this CVS pharmacy. Thank you.

This is a personal review for Mark the manager at the Taylor CVS. This Man is the epitome of good customer service. Mark, thank you so much for delivering excellent service with a smile. There are just not enough people in the world like you anymore and I just wanna personally thank you.
Anyone that goes to the store please say hello to Mark and make sure that you treat him with as much compassion as you possibly can. He’s got five grown kids, still working and looks like he shows up every day with a smile on his face.
If the mayor is reading this, please give him citizen of the year.

Whoever lays these stores out needs to be fired. It’s extremely hard to find anything in this store and nothing is where it should be.

I was reading the negative reviews and, to be honest, I'm kind of confused. I recently moved to Taylor and was having issues with my meds being moved over. The pharmacy has gone above and beyond to find and have my prescriptions transferred to their location! They've also been nothing but kind and are always a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!

A lot of times I don’t find what I need so I’ll end up going to Walgreens across the street. I get prescriptions from here and don’t have any issues.

I called to about a per script on that my doctor called in. I called and asked if they could have it filled before closing time. The clerk advised they have been on back order of that prescription strength. They hung up on me before I had a chance to ask if they informed my doctor about it.

They have two bathrooms. One is locked with an all caps sign shouting employees only. Why are they making a choice to publicly admit that they are choosing to give better treatment to employees than customers. I think it is symptomatic of the overall attitude of this location. Customers are a distant second priority. I will be switching to Walgreens.

Every time I have been to this CVS, I have experienced excellent customer service. The young man in the pharmacy drive through and women behind the pharmacy counter have gone above and beyond to assist me and have been efficient and polite.
