I was reading the negative reviews and, to be honest, I'm kind of confused. I recently moved to Taylor and was having issues with my meds being moved over. The pharmacy has gone above and beyond to find and have my prescriptions transferred to their location! They've also been nothing but kind and are always a pleasure to speak with. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Loses prescriptions and all employees, pharmacist, etc are less than helpful.

A lot of times I don’t find what I need so I’ll end up going to Walgreens across the street. I get prescriptions from here and don’t have any issues.

I called to about a per script on that my doctor called in. I called and asked if they could have it filled before closing time. The clerk advised they have been on back order of that prescription strength. They hung up on me before I had a chance to ask if they informed my doctor about it.

They have two bathrooms. One is locked with an all caps sign shouting employees only. Why are they making a choice to publicly admit that they are choosing to give better treatment to employees than customers. I think it is symptomatic of the overall attitude of this location. Customers are a distant second priority. I will be switching to Walgreens.

Every time I have been to this CVS, I have experienced excellent customer service. The young man in the pharmacy drive through and women behind the pharmacy counter have gone above and beyond to assist me and have been efficient and polite.

Cannot fill prescriptions in a timely manner. When you call you get a very UNCARING individual who instead of helping a customer suggests to the customer to call the corporate office. I had Walgreens call and get my prescriptions so that I could get them fill ed today since one is a rescue inhaler for asthma and very much needed. CVS did not send the prescription to Walgreens even though the representative (and TEXT message) confirmed they had received the prescription this morning. This location should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service. While I understand that your pharmacy is probably short staffed, and that you must close for lunch at the same time everyday..............if you have a customer standing there in front of you to pick up a prescription, you DO NOT roll down the metal fence so you can leave. You handle the customer that is standing there first. There are no excuses for customer service this poor. The store manager was no help, in fact he seemed to think that customer service is a thing of the past.CVS should really consider closing this store.

Typically I don't have any issues with this location. Maybe this has moreto do with whoever is in charge of this location. Came by today for aCovid test, showed up on time, and quickly had a line of cars parkedbehind me. As we know, these tests can only be done through thedrive-thru. The drive-thru window, as you can see, was boarded upwith a sign stating it was due to short staffing. Not knowing what to do,I called the store. I was hung up on twice before I could even get a wordin. Perhaps technical issues? Third call to the pharmacy departmenthad me on hold for almost 15 minutes before I hung up. Called thefront desk, and when I asked what to do, I was met with "Oh, yeah,we're short staffed so there's no one at the drive-thru, so there's noone here to even do your test. Sorry.Had the online scheduling system prevented me from even choosingthis location as an option for my Covid test, all of this could've beenavoided.

I work for a provider's office and spent over an hour on hold to update a patient's prescription and never actually got through to anyone.

Transferring out. Sick of driving 45 min to pickup prescriptions and they are closed. If they are not going to be open, then they need to update their site.

Pharmacy is always short staffed, this location should be closed. If you need same day assistance you can forget about it.

drive thru closed.. however, you won't know until you get to the drive thru. If you try to call the pharmac, it says they are closed. If you call the front desk to ask, they will say pharmacy is open, but short staffed and they can't transfer you. horrible way to do business, i really wish my insurance didn't go through Caremark.
