Do not use this car wash it will cause damage and they will argue with you about the cameras they have don't work so that's useless / it tore fender off i was unaware and after driving down the road thus is the result.

99% of the wash bays are non-functioning/broken. The couple of bays that do work are packed we mud or flooded. Sad.

I keep coming back hoping thing will get better
You never know which bay is working
The change machine is shorting you quarters for the last two weeks
If you enter a bay it may take your money but you get no water
I don’t think it’s worth the hassle to come here

I also went through the Duck car wash today, paid w/my debit card, for a $5 car wash. I just checked my account & noticed that I too was charged 10 whole dollars!! $5 sure is either a big card fee or a big tip for someone!!! Terrible!! I love this car wash because it leaves my vehicle sparkling, but NEVER again will I use it! It rips people off…so sad! I should’ve known NOT to use my debit card!! Ughhh

I just got charged 10 bucks from this place and I live in Houston I worked out there for a little bit but now Im in Houston getting charged for carwashes Im not receiving I called the number on google and of course the number is no good

Well I went there a long time ago and I put my $10 in and they fell to tell me that the drive-in car wash that put the money into was not available are you supposed to get a $10 car Wash when you first get there they did not tell me that until after they told me that the car wash is broke then there's nobody to call to tell them if you're going to get your $10 or a car wash back at all not pleased with this place at all
