TODAY I had a disappointing experience with Enterprise Rental. The customer service was far below expectations. Thomas, the representative, was unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with finding another vehicle, he insisted that I make the calls myself.
I had to reschedule a few times due to work commitments and the challenge of finding someone to bring me since my car was in the shop. When I pointed this out, his response was dismissive, almost as if it was my fault. Additionally, he did not have the SUV I had requested on my reservation. He further explained that he couldn't call the RR location because he was too busy handling other tasks. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly surprising.
Overall, the poor customer service I received from Thomas significantly impacted my experience with Enterprise Rental. Not worth one star however could not post without this.

Overall very unprofessional. The manager was complaint about his job the entire time and was told claims on vehicles were not made as soon as they receive them which made me second guess getting a rental but I am a single mom and had no other choice. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Returned my car with no issues and had a phone call on how everything was good. It was one minute and they never mentioned any damages one week later I get a claim. Enterprise is not claiming I stated I was in a hail storm when I did not speak to them until they call me and again 1 min. I called the office to get information as far as when I stated that I was in a hail storm considering that is on the claim they took me they don’t have anything other then that statement so my suggestion to you if you don’t want to get pinned with damages to a rental I would take your own pictures and record every single interaction because they will lie just to cover themselves for not reporting damages in a timely manner.

Never rent here!!!! They will charge you more when you arrive even if you booked in advance. The manager is abusive.

They used my cc knowing I was not going to be the driver (insurance claim), still charged my card when being informed 2X that I will be reimbursed since it was their fault for an upgrade. Called the other parties insurance company to have them approved the upgrade anyways so that Enterprise could be paid by them and not by me. 3 months later and they have avoided the claim and I’m stuck with paying for a rental I NEVER drove! Disappointed with Sidd, Eric and his supervisor, Sarah. Being lied to and treated unimportant at this sight doesn’t sit well. Never had this here but will definitely NEVER go back to this location!

Used the fast check in online upon arrived was informed I can’t use a Debit card to pay must use a credit card. Also nothing was ready when I arrived and in the middle of checking me in I was asked to wait while they checked another guest in. This is by far the worst enterprise I have ever been too.

Great customer service! Ann took care of me and she was friendly, professional, and understanding. She did everything to accommodate me in great vehicle! I won't go anywhere else!

I will be arriving in Taylor next week and have a reservation all confirmed by this location. Plus, they said they would be able to pick me up and bring me to get my car and bring me back when I return the car. Each time I've called, I've had a pleasant and informative conversation. One time, there was no answer, but I understand busy times. I will post more as I get closer to 'pickup day'.
Pickup Day: Received call about potential delay in receiving vehicle, but when ready, someone would pick me up, which they did. Received vehicle at reserved time. One thing people need to understand about small car rental businesses as opposed to the large ones at the big airports. A small business such as this has a limited number of vehicles and may have none available until some are returned. If you make a reservation, call a day or so ahead to confirm. Staff are extremely accommodating and will give a courtesy call to let you know when your car is ready. You may have to wait there if you just show up. In my case, I received a second call saying someone was on their way to pick me up with my car. The entire 'sign here' process with Ann was pleasant and personal.
I'll add to this after 'drop-off' day.

I reserved a car and I was late 15 minutes because of traffic beyond my control. They had already given away the car before I got there.
The man that was there was very rude telling me “is that your ride you better hurry up and catch them”
The only thing they had left was a truck for 200 dollars a day. If I could do 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service.

I made a reservation on Monday for today pick up. I called to confirm and it was confirmed by the representative. Get to pick up car and they have nothing available. The worker states he knows nothing and can't tell me anything tells me to call another location. This is ridiculous especially when everything is confirmed. Oh but let you bring back the car late or with a scratch bet they know how much to charge. I'm left having to call around to find me something from other locations. Worst experience ever!

I've had the same experience with ridiculous wait times on the phone. My insurance company set.me up with you guys and I've tried to contact you for over 4 hours?? I'm tempted to send a cop to do a health check. The worst part is I work nights and this is in the.middle of my sleep hours. I'll have to get hold of USAA and find another rental shop.
