“Absolutely amazing customer service! I accidentally gave them a delivery address that was gated, and when we couldn’t get ahold of the recipients, they went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered safely instead of just leaving them outside in the Texas heat.

They stayed in contact with me while we figured out the best solution and, with my approval, ended up delivering the arrangement to the recipient’s coworker — who wasn’t even in the same city as the original delivery! They were incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure the flowers got where they needed to go.

I haven’t even seen the arrangement in person yet, but I am SO impressed with the level of service I received. I’m sure the flowers are beautiful, and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!”

“When my friend was notified by Dee’s that she had a flower delivery, she asked if she could pick them up herself by 5:00 (closing time of the shop) as she wasn’t home and it was 95 degrees out. Dee’s was very accommodating and as a matter of fact, waited until almost 5:15 for my friend to arrive. And to top off this kindness, added more flowers to the arrangement since she didn’t have to deliver them and for the trouble my friend went through to pick them up herself. This is excellent customer service, and the flowers were beautiful.”
