“When my friend was notified by Dee’s that she had a flower delivery, she asked if she could pick them up herself by 5:00 (closing time of the shop) as she wasn’t home and it was 95 degrees out. Dee’s was very accommodating and as a matter of fact, waited until almost 5:15 for my friend to arrive. And to top off this kindness, added more flowers to the arrangement since she didn’t have to deliver them and for the trouble my friend went through to pick them up herself. This is excellent customer service, and the flowers were beautiful.”
