I checked in online, walked in and Tammy was waiting on me. She has cut my hair for several years and I've never been disappointed. Today was no exception. I was out in about 30 minutes with a new summer cut.

I was very disappointed my last visit. The man that works there cut my hair. He asked me if I wanted long layers like before? I said yes. He then never said another word snd cut the sides short which I did not want. Probably will not be back.

Use the online check in. Got my long hair cut, its short, but it was pretty bad, so needed. Fast and efficient and reasonably priced.

Terrible haircut, it was supposed to be a trim and cleaning up layers but the entire cut is uneven and completely messed up, looks like a child played with scissors. Waste of $23

Avoid this place if you like your hair. Went in and asked for a fade , the gentleman with the red hair attended me and unfortunate does not know how to cut. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed

Tracy is a great stylist!! So happy with the hair cut. Tracy is able to cut my super thick hair and make it look stylish. Recommend her 10 or of 10!

Nestled in between T-Mobile and a Dry Cleaners, #GreatClips offers affordable haircuts for kids, adults and seniors by friendly, professional staff.
Two consumer benefits of using their app are:
1) it lets you know when you are 'up next', so you won't have to wait long, if at all.
2) customers don't need to call to book an appointment, which diverts time and attention of the stylist away from customer service.
The floors & workstations are cleaned between customers. The 'wait area' has few chairs &, after observing the lack of personal hygiene of a few customers during my visits, all chairs & the 'checkin/checkout' counter needs to be cleaned more often with Clorox Wipes, every hour at a minimum.
Customers can find a fair selection of haircare products to purchase, if you want/need professional styling items for home use.

Decent hair cut professional stylist and got in quick and got finished out quick. Left $5 tip. Always leave tip since I used to be a barber and tips always help even if the cut isn't perfect but this time it was pretty close...
