This is not about a specific location, it is more about the company. I thought I might want to work here as they are always looking for managers and maintenance people to work for them. The job description is very light on details, I email corporate twice inquiring about the job requirements. Things like hours, time off, grooming standards. ZERO response. They have 4 listings at minimum in my area as of 9/10/25. Which to me means they are actively looking for people. If they can't reply to simple inquiries about possible employment, how likely are they to respond to customers who have issues with the service or charges?

Easy to access did a good job on the truck. The space is to dry. The vehicle off were large made it easy to get in and out. Also, the facility was very clean.

The car wash across the street is the same price and does way better. A garden hose works better.

The tire shine slings off of my tires and goes down the side of my truck. I followed the policy to lower my membership level so that I wouldn't have this issue. No response. I tried again and got a response and was told it was done. Nope, still getting tire shine. I mentioned it to the attendant and showed him what it was doing and he agreed it was a mess. I asked him to lower my membership level and he said he couldn't, but he could remove just the tire shine from my current level. I told him no, I didn't want to pay for the higher level. He told me to go see the girl in the booth, saying she could do it. Nope. She could do it either. So... this feels like a scam and I've cancelled my membership. Frustrating.

Service is always good. They are always well staffed. Clean towels. Good prices. I frequently wash my car here and they honestly don't miss.

Horrible, the guy talked it up like it was the best car wash around my truck was still filthy after and I paid for the mvp wash only one tire got wheel shine and it was dripping wax all on the wheel

My SUV was loaded into the carwash right behind a truck carrying a metal kennel that was not secured. The kennel was throw out of the truck and into my car causing extensive damage. After filing a claim with the manager, the claims department notified me that they will not help with this situation. Their employees allowed the vehicle in with loose items and loaded me in directly behind them and they are claiming this is not their fault because they post enter at your own risk signs. My monthly membership will be cancelled.

Good price for the wash with plenty of stations to vacuum, dust your floor mats, and wipe everything down.

So, long time customer of Club, and remembered they had a location in Taylor, and of course who can't use a great car wash? We have a monthly subscription to them and for the money, you can't lose if you're into a clean vehicle! You won't find a better deal! And, when you drive out, not only do you know it's almost as clean as you doing it by hand, but I'm convinced that it make it drive faster!! Can't wait for the second location in Bastrop!!(P.S. when will that be opened??)

I'm glad Taylor has this little gem of a car wash. Friendly staff who wash off bugs & road dirt get tipped, which they appreciate. And as long as you turn your mirrors inward like they recommend, side mirrors go through the wash perfectly. I prefer the basic wash pkg (5.50/wash, if washing 1x/wk; cheaper, if more often!) bc I do not want the undercarriage pulled by any mechanical mechanism. I enjoy having a place to vacuum out the car & #ClubCarwash has compressed air as well, to clean any debris out from under the windshield wipers. Totally recommend this place; good price point.

The Club Wash located on Highway 95 across from H.E.B. Grocery store has always been a wonderful and fantastic car wash for me to enjoy in washing my vehicle everyday in being a member of their monthly Club Wash membership plan!!! The bay stall area of the Club Wash provides all of their essential furnishings of clean towels and of bottles of glass cleaners and of vacuum services to clean your interior and exterior of your vehicle!!! All of their customer service from their highly skilled workers of which are very friendly and very helpful in providing for you the best customer service possible while enjoying their facilities!!! Show your appreciation to the skilled workers by sharing with them your appreciation of their exceptional services by leaving them a very much appreciated tip!!! I consider and highly recommend the Club Wash to all new and existing customers that are wanting a car wash that furnishes all their accessories for you to enjoy in having a clean vehicle to drive away of which has a sparkling clean shine for you to enjoy when driving away from the Club Wash in Taylor Texas!!! Quick service, fair price, friendly staff all at one place. If you need more then 2 wash go for unlimited wash. But if you are not going to use that much don't forget to cancel it too.

Do not take your vehicle here. The top brush ripped the antenna mount completely out of the roof of my car leaving a hole. Filed a claim and they denied it saying it must have had previous issues, which it did not. Clearly they do not care about their Customers; they won't be in business very long.
