Came here around 5:30 to get an oil change (yes I felt bad but work until 5 so it was the only time i could come) but still had fantastic service! They got it done by 6 and the guy at the front(can’t remember his name) was very informative and let me know what I needed but didn’t try to upsell anything or force me into anything which I definitely like. Added one thing to my oil change and got a quote for a tune up that I will definitely be back for!! 10/10 recommend for any and all services here! So far, I’m very impressed especially since they actually have my oil filter in stock all the time unlike Strickland Bros.

Tried to get employee to blow my air filter off instead of them sale me a new one. He said it was against company policy. So because of company policy they did not make the up sale and got this bad review instead.

I went here to get an oil change, he asked if I wanted them to check air filter etc etc I said yes and to please check transmission fluid, tire pressure, wiper fluid etc. I thought checking all of that was typical and part of the routine, I guess not. We discussed and decided the conventional oil is fine, I was the only one in line so they proceed to pull it in, one guy comes inside and says it requires a certain oil so it has to be synthetic blend or synthetic which is fine by me, since it is and older vehicle with higher mileage so I said yes synthetic blend is fine. After they wrap it up the guy comes in to ring me up, the price ring up as the synthetic blend per our conversation so all good there, as he’s writing the window sticker I asked him so how many miles is recommended for the service, which I’m my experience is usually around 5000 miles, he says um it’s good for 3 months or 3000 miles I said hold on, so y’all put the conventional oil? Because that’s the recommended mileage/time for basic conventional oil, which is what we first discussed but was changed per tech but if they put conventional oil then why charge for the synthetic blend price? So he says hold on let me find out, he said he was the guy under the car not the one that filled it. So he goes to see and says oh yes they put synthetic blend, so proceeds to says it’s recommended at 5000 miles, I said okay, which at this point do they even know what they put? Could they have put conventional and are charging for synthetic? Who knows? At this point he is changing the windshield sticker to put a new one that shows 5000 miles instead of 3000. So then I asked did they check the tire pressure, and transmission fluid etc? He said the transmission fluid is sealed/encased and there’s no way to check it. I know for sure 100% that there is a transmission fluid dipstick so how do they not know……. at this point I didn’t even get the answer about the tire pressure or the air filter which I didn’t care since I would be getting new tires in the next week or less and I will check the transmission fluid and air filter myself. As I’m driving off I’m looking at the windshield sticker and it only shows 2000 miles from what’s on my odometer! Does jiffy lube not have a calculator? So I turn around and one of the shop guys comes out and I explain to him, he goes to fix it and give me a new sticker to display 5000 miles and apologizes. I have 6 vehicles to keep up with, I can’t be guessing in 2-3 months, I need this sticker to be correct! My go to oil change place was unfortunately temporarily closed due to a family emergency and with my short time off of work I had to use jiffy as an alternative thinking it would be a better experience than this. Some of the guys seemed to be polite some seemed that they didn’t get enough sleep but all in all it was not a good experience at all, 3 windshield stickers later and a price for synthetic blend not knowing if that’s really what was put is a definite reason not to return. Good thing this was a temporary thing, I should have just done it myself.

AVOID AT ALL COST. These people tried to charge me $233 for the “factory recommended” oil change in my VW, you’re damn right I took it somewhere else. Got it done at Midas for $80, I’m still appalled that they even had the audacity to call me asking if it was okay to proceed with an oil change for that amount of money. They will try to rob you of your money here

Kimani Edwards at the Taylor location where I went for my vehicle inspection did an outstanding job alerting me to and showing me the issues that needed addressing and I really appreciated his professionalism and thoughtful recommendations.

I won't be back. Went in for my inspection and was told that with three cars ahead of me at 20 minutes per inspection, it'd be an hour and a half till I'd be done. More than two hours later, they finally finished with the last of the three before me -- an average of 45 minutes per inspection. One of those three had already passed inspection except for tires, so all they had to do was check and sign off on the new tires, which should have taken a few minutes but instead took just as long as the others. Before they started on my car, I told them I was running out of time and if it couldn't be done in half an hour or less I needed to leave and go somewhere else another day. It took them 15 minutes. Not sure why the other three cars, especially the one that just needed the tires checked, took three times as long.
I tried this location because it was convenient, but in two and a half hours I could have driven to south Austin and still gotten home faster.

Took 3 different for an inspection they said all 3 didn't pass because of the E brake. Took them to other mechanics they said there's no problems with the E brake and these guys are idiots.

They’re low rent af and very unprofessional. Took 4+ hours to do a brake job on the front. They stripped my locking lug nuts and then proceeded to lose my spline key for my lug nuts. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if my brakes give out on me in 6 months. Shame shame jiffy lube. Focus on hiring the right people!

Truck had a dead battery in the HEB parking lot next door so needed a jump. Walked over to Jiffy Lube and they came over with a jump box. Thanks again!

I came to have a vehicle inspection performed. I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. I came in and sat down. Above 15 minutes later, I was told my vehicle was ready. You can’t beat that kind of service. Everyone was nice friendly and helpful.

I live about 30 miles away from Taylor, Tx so I called to make sure they would be able to do a tuneup today on my truck. I spoke with a guy named ERIc who went to check and make sure the mechanic would be able to do this and after he checked and said yes the mechanic will be there and it was ok to bring my truck in. Well guess what when I got there this guy ERic told me that the guy had left before we even talked on the phone. He waisted my time and needs to be trained on how to give correct information so the customer does not waste their time. Oh and they wanted to charge me $500.00 as well, I would have paid it though because I work a lot and my time is very valuable to me i will not be back. i called their corp to complain but i doubt it will do any good.
