Was in the market for a used work truck and sick of paying new prices to just beat up everyday. Found a fair deal on a super low mileage pre owned ram 2500 they had on the lot and were willing to actually negotiate a price on. Second pickup I’ve purchased from this place. If you want a chill laid back sales guy here ask for Deontae Cobbs!

Their owner is a nice guy. That is the only positive thing to say about this dealership. The service department never answers the phone or accepts appointments online (they have an infuriating system that has zero available dates for months and you only learn this after spending 15 minutes inputting your information) or responds to chats. After 5 days of calling I finally asked for the parts department and asked that guy to walk down to service department and hand them the phone. The only reason I went to that store is I had to use my road hazard warranty on my tires there. I made sure they had the tires in BEFORE I dropped off my truck. It still took 3 days. 3 days to mount and balance two tires. Then they charged me $120 to mount and balance two tires even though it was supposed to be covered under warranty. I paid it just because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. Then they called me up the next day and say they made a mistake and I owe them the full cost of the tires, because they could've been repaired, 900 more dollars. I told him I wasn't gonna pay it and he can come find me. They hit the trifecta of being lazy, incompetent and crooks.

One of the easiest vehicle transactions ever. Everyone at Nyle Maxwell Jeep was friendly, professional, and engaging. Pierce, our salesman, was awesome from the first phone call and throughout the entire transaction. He is a wealth of knowledge in the Jeep product. Jose and Kyle in Finance were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and never once did I feel pressure from anyone. Just an all-around great group of people. Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2011 Nissan armada from them about two years ago. Was recently pulled over and the officer informed me that the vin tag by the windshield is missing at that it was a felony to remove. The pulled me out of the car a treated me like a criminal. I thought Nyle maxwell was a reputable dealer didn't think I needed to check the vin tag. Lesson learned !! I have reached out them several times to get a solution to this problem. They have not returned my calls , made promises they did not keep about responding to me. I'm Texas it's against the law to sell a vehicle with a vin tag missing. I wouldn't recommend buying from Nyle Maxwell as they just left me hanging. Now if I ever get pulled over again I'm likely to have the same experience. Not something I enjoyed. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it ride. They just don't respond. Buyer beware of Nyle Maxwell owned businesses. Shady and lack of integrity !!

They made it happen. They worked with us consistently, with kindness and understanding and got us in a brand new truck that we love at an unbeatable price. They stayed after hours to let us pick it up, knowing we had a 2.5 hour drive and 3 small kids, and not once did they treat us as if that was an inconvenience. They were patient with us, kind to our children, and I cannot even begin to explain how much easier and more relaxed I felt purchasing here than I have at any other dealership. 10/10 highly recommended.

I've been bringing my car in to this location for oil changes every 3-4 months since 2020. I've written a review after each visit and always rated 5 stars. In June I brought my car in because my radio was frozen and my rear view camera was not working. My car was there for a few days when I received a call saying I needed to get the radio replaced. I asked about my camera, and was told the parts are connected. I picked my car up while I waited for the part to arrive. About a week and a half later I dropped my car off, and again told the person I gave my keys to that my radio and rear view camera were not working, and was told the part was connected so both issues would be fixed. I was called the next day and told my car was ready, I asked if both issues were fixed and was told yes, they were fixed. I went to pick up my car and Preston asked me what I brought my car in for, and I told him my two issues. He told me they did not realize my camera was not on the radio, and only the radio was fixed. I asked, why would you claim you have fixed the issue, and not double check the issue is fixed before calling me? This could have been easily noticed by putting my car in reverse. Preston told me it would take 1 week to order the correct part. I waited 1 week to call back and ask if I could bring my car in, and was told the part was delayed and it would be there in two weeks. I called two weeks later and was told again, the part is back ordered and it would take a week to arrive. Finally, a month since my car was "fixed" I was told the part was there and I could bring my car in and I would get a free detail for my inconvenience. I brought my car in today and my camera was fixed. Great. My car was not detailed. I went back inside and was told they forgot, and I could bring my car back another day to get my car detailed. This entire experience has been ridiculous. There is no communication in the service center and they don't care about their loyal customers. I emailed the manager Mr. Maxwell a few weeks ago and I have not heard back. It's very clear he doesn't care. I am done with this place and would never recommend anyone go there.
