They are the very best! Especially “Francisco” he is whom I dealt with the whole time, through phone calls & messages. Francisco is very patient & his manners are unique, just love his bedside manners!!! PAI has worked on two of my vehicles, installing transmissions among other things, soon I will take them my other vehicle! They are the very best! We love their awesome work & that they make us feel sooo coftable, backing up their warranty/ work!!! I’m sooo happy we finally found a good Mechanic Shop!!! Thanks again!!! Franco is now our buddy :) :) :)

I took my Mini in for a State Inspection to PAI in Taylor and I was in and out in no time. I also spoke with them regarding a problem with the drivers side window controls not working and if they could take a look at it. We decided to bring my Mini back in for them to look at the window controls. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem. The staff at PAI were very attentive and kept me well informed of what was going on with my vehicle. Will definitely return to PAI for any future vehicle repairs.

My car was experiencing issues accelerating and stalled in the middle of the road. I sent a request on Yelp and PAI Automotive and Inspections got back to me within the next few hours. They were very helpful in helping me set up an appointment with a tech to come to me since I couldn't drive my car to their location. This was during Christmas week so their speedy reply was a relief. Great communication and the tech was super helpful and honest in his assessment and even offered me alternatives / suggestions on what to do next. Super grateful for the last minute assistance!
